In reply to your reply: I checked twice and didnāt see extra for decaf in your board and your staff couldnāt point it out.
Why arenāt your staff trained enough so that they could haven given me a refund when i told them I didnāt want to pay extra for decaf?
Name the coffee shops that charge a whopping 50p extra for decaf . Some used to charge a few pence more but backtracked after they lost custom.
Good luck growing your brand while ripping off customers. There is no justification to charge this much extra.
50p extra for Decaf ?!
Rip Off Prices for poor tasting coffee. Nearly £7 for 2 americanos that should have been 5.90
They advertise 2.95 for an Americano which is expensive enough.
Without telling you ( see photo of menu, it isnāt listed) they add 50p for decaf ! When i realised I asked for my money back and the staff said they didnāt know how to process a refund as they had only been there 9 weeks .
Stick to an established brand at the station from now on, at least you...

I buy from here sometimes, however would have to be pretty hungry as quality poor and expensive.
I occasionally ask them for tap water too which, like most businesses, they don't have a problem with.
Until today that is, politely asked for some tap water however got horrible look and refusal from a so called manager.
I'm sorry you didn't make any money out of me today so called 'manager', unfortunately you're not likely to in future either now...
You can't help but feel sorry for the server staff, they work for minimum wage and apparently they don't always get paid properly - especially wages owing when they leave.
Cawa seem to be publishing their own fake positive 'customers review' too which are pretty obvious - many mention Josh who is a past or...
Read moreDidn't want to go with the mainstream shops so thought I'd try this stand while I was waiting for my next train at the station. Ordered a sandwich (chicken and bacon) which the male had to tell the young female how to make, an Americano and a bag of crisps which cost a staggering £7.95. The bread used for the sandwich was very firm and I'd guess going stale, filling wasn't very nice (I assume shop bought ready mixed), coffee wasn't great and the best thing about it was the walkers crisps. Very disappointed, I don't like leaving low scoring reviews but in this case it's completely...
