Classic example of the staff being the reason a place goes out of business. Our food was sat out waiting to be brought to us for 15 mins. Just barely warm enough to not take back. The staff were more interested in chatting to mates, wandering about and just generally not interested. Server looked actually angry to bring our food over. Shame, as if it would've been fresh it would've been pretty tasty. But due to abysmal service and staff that clearly hate their job. Never going back. Much better places with friendly staff that appreciate your business in town.

Read moreI was really excited about ordering from here. I placed the order through Deliveroo and after an hour and a half it still hadn’t been prepared. At least 4 deliveroo riders sat, waited and then gave up before it was passed onto another rider to accept, sit, wait and give up. After finally getting through to the restaurant, they said they couldn’t see my order as they had over 100 orders on the line and 20 riders waiting to collect orders. I think they bit off way more than they could chew for a Thursday night. To make matters worse, the lady on the phone asked for my order number, I then heard her shout out to the teammy order number and a member shouted back “I don’t know why they bother giving you the order number, we can’t see them”…a) they asked me for the number b) they should be able to see the numbers surely… a bit frustrating when you are so hungry. I can’t comment on the food as we had to cancel the order in the end but the fact it’s so in demand suggests it is probably delicious and we have missed out, however, they need to know when to say “no” to accepting more orders and manage their order system a bit better (and remind staff to we can hear them on...
Read morefood - 3 stars. very very inconsistent every time i’ve gone, one day it’s fresh and tasty then next it’s cold and dry…? today for e.g waited 20 mins (no issue it was busy, i work in food myself) but if i’ve waited that long the food should atleast be warm + fries should be fresh but neither were up to standard.
service - 3 stars. some staff seem as though they don’t want to be there, very miserable face on. no manners, no customer service but other staff are the opposite so once again the inconsistency.
atmosphere - 0 stars. every single time there is club music blasting through the speakers at full volume to the point i can’t hear the other person sat 30 inches from me i kid you not. don’t get me wrong music sets a nice vibe to a store but the speakers at full volume is unnecessary and severely overstimulating.
overall i will still come back, i enjoy the food but i always tend to second guess if i truly want to have wingstop just due to the continuous bad experiences i have. genuinely do hope this comment is seen and taken...
