Their tea is awesome, staff is friendly. BUT they never ask whether you want your tea cold or hot, with sugar or not. I went there twice, and I forgot to say that I want hot, and they made me an ice tea. Second time I remembered to say hot, but I forgot to say that I want less sugar, and they just put a lot of it. He was a star employee, asking me how I wanted my tea down to the last ice block. The store is small but full of character and decor. They do sell hot food such a pancakes so I need to go back again... Not that I need an excuse! I definitely recommend for any...
