I am not one for writing reviews, however I feel on this occasion it is needed. I visited the dominos centre shop (just down the road from the club called warehouse OX1 1HU) on Friday night 23rd October 2015. Upon arrival I ordered my pizza, a smooth and easy process. Upon waiting for my pizza I heard a girl asking how long her pizza would be (it was my understanding that she was waiting for her pizza for around 15 minutes). The foreign gentleman behind the counter was saying in a quite aggressive manor that she is not getting a pizza as she had no ticket. Now bearing in mind no dominos I have ever been to, gives out a 'raffle' ticket upon purchasing a pizza. However, this particular dominos was doing this, no worries. The man behind the counter (believed to be quite high up at this branch) would not even let her speak, instead being a rude and ignorant he was 'sh' ing her upon all words she said. I felt this was unacceptable and that someone needed to help the female. I asked if he could calm down, and I was met by violent threats and angry shouting. I asked him to calm down, he asked me to step outside and I felt this was the worst experience I have ever had in a public place. To my surprise, the bouncer final stepped in, but against me! He told me to shut my mouth and wait for my pizza. At this point they would not give me a refund, and they had the ignorance to put red onion in my pizza, after I specifically requested not to have that topping (I am allergic). I am sorry to be whittling on but I feel others should be warned that this dominos is not a nice environment and to approach with caution. If any member of dominos reads this, I would be more than happy to explain in further over the phone, even after you have reviewed the CCTV of this incident. The last and final point to the story, is that the security guard, said under his breath 'if someone doesn't leave soon I'm going to hurt someone'. At this point I felt very threatened and had no one to assert the law. One man who was waiting for his own pizza (independent on his own) tried helping me by calming everyone down, however the security guard told him to shut up as its not his problem. I am sorry but in my view this is truly unacceptable.

Read moreToday just 30 minutes before I ordered 5 different items from Park End street Domino’s. The Items were delivered but the delivery lady forgot to deliver Cold drink.
I called immediately to Domino and even delivery lady as well & she agreed to deliver cold drink again but after few minutes when still waiting for the item I called again to Domino but this time the person was rude and said delivery girl reached far and can’t deliver it now. It means he clearly didn’t speak to his delivery person. He also said that I should have counted all the items and disconnect the phone abruptly.
So now it’s not the responsibility of domino’s to deliver all the items even if they charge delivery always.
Courtesy & thanks to delivery lady that she still delivered the item even though the shop representative denied and disconnected my call.

Read moreWe came here after a trip to the theatre last Saturday following an extremely disappointing meal at Pizza Express. I had been trying to get delivery via the app but it was not recognising the postcode of our hotel. The members of staff were so helpful, advising us that it would be cheaper to take the pizza with us (with it being £10 for a medium pizza or £22 if we wanted delivery). We explained that we'd have to walk back to our hotel which was 30 mins, but they told us when and where to catch a bus from. I then decided to have a side, and they helped us again by advising of a deal where we could get 2 sides for an extra £1. This was all prepared and cooked quickly, meaning we were able to catch our bus, and make it back to the hotel with hot food! The pizzas were incredible too!
Sorry I didn't get any of your names, but whoever was working Saturday night, you just completed our already brilliant...
