Just "Ok".
Stopped here for lunch as part of the Historic Dockyards. Restaurant is very clean and our server was very welcoming.
Boathouse 4 is, obviously, in a Boathouse so it is rather 'echoy' and with no background music it all felt rather like sitting in a library.

The restaurant was a little bit tricky to find. Up the stairs of boathouse 4, and around the platforms and past...
