The staff here are always very helpful and friendly. You need to do something about your porridge though. It is produced in a way that the dry ingredients have to be stirred/broken up before the hot water is added and then stirred again immediately afterwards, otherwise it's inedible. I asked for it to be stirred today but was told they couldn't because they don't have a spoon. As its the only healthy thing u serve, there's nothing else I can have apart from my coffee. Just thought u should know as not much point having the porridge pots there if you can't serve...

No specials, panini looked good in the wrapping but upon opening there was nothing around the edges and the bacon had more fat than a meat.

I asked for and paid for a decaf latte. The guy making a coffees stated “I’m not making decaf. It takes too long.” I waited to see if I was offered anything else or a refund ,,nobody said anything. So I said should I have a normal coffee then ?…and that’s what I took away! Zero customer service terrible attitude and surely if all you do is make coffee you should expect the request...
