Greggs — Restaurant in Preston

I love this Greggs bakery for many reasons. The winter soups and the 'Yum Yums' are gorgeous...whoever thought up 'glazed' sweet treats deserves an award! Plus I love the bacon, egg and sausage deal!l with a brew. The standard breakfast deal (bacon bark or baguette) is good for the price but you do pay extra for the egg and sausage if you want it added. The bacon buttybsbd brew deal is value for money. My son loves the choc triple cookies👍plus anyone who needs to know- the breakfast menu stops serving at 11AM 👍there's on site free parking for quick visits and disabled parking too with disabled access to the store if you need it. Can't hear the staff as music on loud in customer area. I asked for my stuff and the guy gave me extra saying I asked for that which I never did. I question about the cost as I used a voucher for one item and got told the cost was correct which I know it should of been alot less. I been charge for a pasty I never asked for and a voucher that apparently I had to use separately. Doesn't have a separate section for Deliveroo, Uber eats etc so had to queue for 30 mins to pay for a sandwich.

I get all customers equal but they should have people preparing delivery food and people serving in shop separately

A restaurant wouldn't stop serving customers at tables just because they have a rush on deliveries so same principle should apply.

Just another company providing a 20th century service model in a 21st century reality.
