Subway — Restaurant in Preston

I ordered a 6 inch meal deal to be delivered tonight tht was at BT 5.20pm . The order went through n said would be delivered at 6.05pm . At 5.50pm I gt a up date to say the driver was close to look out for him he be here at 6.55pm . So I did . 6.05pm came no food . So I rang the store at tulketh mill where I placed my order . They said they didn't know what has happened they was going to contact driver n ring me back . I rang them a further 5times no answer . Still no food . So I gt in car n went down there . When gt there shop was empty two staff on so they could of answered the phone . I told them the problem n the girl said il make it up for you now . No apology no compensation free something nothing very disappointed in attitude . They have now lost a...

Went to subway 1500 hrs 4 may 18. Asked for a steak and cheese. Specifically asked for peppered cheese and had to correct staff member after she had placed normal cheese on the meat. To my horror she just placed the cheese that had had contact with another food source right back in with the other cheese in container. I made a point of monitoring her and when she switched between meats and bread stand to serving salads, she failed to change her gloves, as such contaminating the salad for any vegetarians or vegans.

Staff at this branch need refresher training in food handling/hygiene and also in allergens.

Ordered from Tulketh mill over half an hour ago through uber. Then got a call from TEXAS that I didn't answer. My order was cancelled. Rang the Tulketh Mill Subway constantly for 10 mins before I got an answer! It apparently was them calling. They told me they didn't have the cookies I wanted. I said no worries I'll just have the rest of the order. I was told I had to put the whole order back through. OK, I can do that. I went to do it and now I can't order at all 😠 I am guessing they took so long to answer the phone that they sent me back to order knowing I couldn't.
