Starbucks — Restaurant in Preston

A nice little place near the entrance of the shopping centre. Came here when had nothing to do for a while and sat around, ordering 2 muffins, my mum had i think a lemon and poppyseed muffin and i had a chocolate and caramel muffin, which was so delicious! my mum got a macadamia cappuccino which she seemed really happy with she said it was delicious. though, the small caramel frappe we ordered had been given to another customer so i didn’t recieve my caramel frappe. however this was quickly fixed by the worker who gave me a regular caramel frappe instead. lovely little place this is,...

Thankfully only called in for coffee whilst waiting for a train. The place was disgusting, it was 10.15am and there was rubbish all over the floor, the tables hadn’t been cleared or cleaned. The toilets were enough to put you off your coffee and if I’d seen them before I ordered I would have walked straight out! No toilet roll, paper all over the floor and deposit in the toilet bowl - lovely. Clearly no one checking this. Definitely wont be visiting here again, even if...

A regular haunt of mine. Extremely convenient for travellers with some spare time before their train, especially for Avanti services from platforms 3 and 4. Terrific, friendly customer service, even at busiest periods they keep up the high standards. Staff member Ankush is one of my heroes, he recently helped me retrieve my property after I stupidly left my cycle helmet one day - he went out of his way to help me get it back.
