Baba Dough — Restaurant in Rushcliffe

Unreal pizzas genuinely, where do I start. There's some amazing places to go for pizza in Nottingham now, healthy competition for sure. We tried after watching food review club on instagram review it last year, and they said it was amazing (food review guy is never wrong as well), so we gave it a go and we were sooo impressed!! Always used to judge people for ordering margaritas as i was of the opinion being a foodie that it was basic and for the fussy eaters.... this was before trying Baba doughs...! The taste is unreal genuinely, and you don't feel unhealthy after eating them either. Tough one but I reckon Best pizza in Nottingham in my opinion/that I've tried in the UK, just wish they were a little larger but maybe that's because they're too good! We had heard about Babadough through countless 10/10 recommendations, yet failed to try it for yourselves due to the comfort in other familiar takeaway pizza such as dominos. This is now a huge regret. Although i cannot comment on the service and atmosphere of Babadough - i can preach about the quality and authenticity of the pizza which was delivered. Being vegetarian i was greatful for the variety of choice provided, and the sound of the malanzana pizza caught my eye. The delivery was quick and efficient, with the pizzas arriving still warm perfectly crisp. I can say with full confidence that this pizza was full with all kinds of flavours which synthesised with eachother perfectly and consequently one of the nicest pizza experience’s i’ve ever had living in Nottingham. We went to Baba Dough for the first time and I have to say that we were very happy with the food. We had pizzas Hot Pig and Parma. Both were very nice. We then decided to take 1 more to eat at home, it was Melanzana with aubergine and quite interesting hot honey sauce. I think it was surprisingly the best even though I'm a meat lover and Melanzana is veggy. We also tried tiramisu which was very smooth and velvety, not too sweet, just greatly balanced. 1 star less I'm afraid as I unfortunately missed that wow factor.
