We booked the conservatory for a birthday celebration. we booked only 1 week in advance but that didn’t impact the effort the staff went to . When booking the team emailed all the menus over and asked if there was anything we needed.

When arriving the staff couldn’t have been anymore attentive. They offered help putting the room how we wanted , putting music on and opening the bifold onto the beautiful beer garden . They checked in throughout our time there to see if there was anything we needed and constantly collected empty glasses and plates .

We ordered pizzas for the party and they were delicious ! Everyone really enjoyed them . We also had little ones with us and they provided high chairs for us. They have such a wide range of drinks with so much good choice .

Honestly the perfect venue for a celebration. There isn’t anywhere else I’ve received service like I have here . This isn’t the first time we’ve had a celebration here and won’t be the last !!

We held our son’s christening event here. It is a great location and we appreciated having the conservatory area for the event, which felt more private.

We chose a food package that included a variety of food for our guests, however half of the food listed on this package were missing. In addition, two small bowls of chips were brought out and this was supposed to equate to feeding 30 people?! We were charged £17.95 per person and it was a disgrace. Everyone complained about the lack of food. Scampi & Chips on their pub menu is advertised for £12.45 which probably would have been a better option per person.

And finally, we are extremely disappointed as we sent an email after the event raising our complaint, which was completely ignored. We have both grown up in West Bridgford and we shall not be returning to waterside due to the appalling service and lack of...

We hosted my Mum's surprise 60th birthday in the conservatory venue space at the Waterside. Phoebe, Steve, Shaun and the team pulled out all the stops to help us before and throughout the night for my Mum.

The space was brilliant for our party of 40 to 50, well lit, a great feature wall that enhanced our decorations and the terrace overlooking the Trent was perfect too. We ordered food for our party for a group this big, it all came out on time, hot and was so good it was gone in 5 five seconds!!!

I wanted to say a huge thanks to the team who made the night so special and my Mum had the best time. As I said, nothing we asked was too much and everything went so smoothly - which was completely down to the staff.
