Covid testing - well done to the Covid testing staffing working on this site. Extremely well organised with navigating service users at every turn and point. Not weather shy staff and definitely didn't compromise the quality of the service. The staff wore their raincoats and worked in the rain where needed to navigate people. That was how they went out of the way. They even registered the test kit online for me right there (which is something you normally need to do yourself from the barcode provided on your test kit) - so Extremely proactive in method and also approach! Nottinghamshire County Social Services are operating illegally and criminally - they lack adult organisational abuse safeguarding policies, procedures and training. This is putting the people of Nottinghamshire at serious risk. They also lack complex case safeguarding polices procedures and training - again this is a criminal mission.
