Very POOR SERVICE IN GENERAL. Monday 12th Aug 19 21:30ish BINS WERE OVERFLOWING !! There wasn't more than 7 inside queing. Family was seated waiting for someone in the que. TABLES HAD TRAYS AND FOOD BOXES, DRINKS CARTONS etc Squirty Bottle and a Roll of Paper incase YOU WANTED TO CLEAN YOUR OWN GREASY TABLE. PRE-ORDER SCREENS HAD RUN OUT OF RECIPT PAPER, So if you didnt see your Order Number, because it makes the Printing Noise at the Time it shows it, (Distracting You yo Look Down) You have No Idea what your order Number is. I Tried to get the attention of the Young Lady Serving, she obviously was too busy and Chose to Ignore me, Looking around for Assistance. Lucyly a Guy in a Coat n Hat who came from outside was more helpfull, although our language barrier made it somewhat drawnout and " Public" as he shouted my order from the Monitor on the Hotplates!! He Shouted out my Order Number aswell, which is part of whst I Needed. He knew about the Order Recipts running out, however, I didnt see him again! Another Lad was now helping with Service. When collecting our Food Order as our Number Was Shouted, I mentiond the Fact I need a Copy of the Recipt for Expences. AGAIN I WAS IGNORED By the young Lady Serving! This I found to be RUDE. I just Stood and Waited. With a Constant Stare........Typically with the Way the POOR SERVICE was Going We HAD NOT RECIEVED OUR COLD DRINKS!! I now had this to get someones attention !! ALL THE TIME OUR HOT FOOD IS COOLING !! AND MY COFFEE !! Yes?.? We were very Bored n Tired n Hungry n Thirsty at this Point! I Increased my VOLUME AND STERNNESS to inform the Lady Server we hadnt Recieved the Drinks for Order Number #### and I NEED A COPY OF THE RECIPT PLEASE to claim back the payment. For which she shouted in the back while she carried on serving, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT IT WAS BEING DELT WITH TO ME, just a coment to the Lad who reappeared, looking at the screens. They mumbled to each other then did the Drinks. NO APPOLOGY FOR THE ERROR. ANOTHER Lady came to sort out the Recipt, lets say she didnt know how to get a duplicate and had to Phone a Friend. Back and too a counter till and the Front of House Touch Screen Order Points. MY FOOD WILL BE COLD BY NOW & MY COFFEE which I like HOT HER first Recipt for me was crumpled as it had onviously got stuck in the printer partway through its printing! With no Total on it I carnt put that through. A bit later, and a bit more Phone a Friend, I recieved a Copy Recipt, and a Sorry for the Delay in getting it printed.

Read moreWow this branch certainly does not help the KFC brand. The staff are unfriendly and look unkempt, the quality of the food has gone downhill and the service is sloppy. Bought fries and will never again. KFC used to have the best fries but now the taste like they have been fried in really old stale oil and they now look like match sticks instead of the long thick fries KFC used to serve. The sundaes look and taste more like frozen yoghurt and it's really weird because the plain sundae normally is really white, rich and creamy- instead the one I got looked "off white" and before I even tasted it I knew it would not taste creamy as it certainly looked more like frozen yogurt. Not only that, one of the staff threw the plastic spoons at the window for the person serving me to give me, needless to say I didn't take the spoons.
Honestly if I owned the KFC brand, I would demand an entire overhaul of the branch management, because their food certainly doesn't like the KFC I know. Another funny sight is the long drive through queues at the McDonald's next door and the empty one at KFC! Now that says a lot and I don't even...
Read moreIt didn't start off well as the main doors were shut and locked with no sign visible to say use the fire exit door around the corner that had been propped open.
Inside freezing cold because of the wind through the propped open door, tables covered in rubbish and clearly hadn't been wiped for a while. The mess is more down to previous customers than the staff who were clearly understaffed for the shift.
Ordered using the touchscreen which turned out to be really slow and even though the order finally went though the machine didn't produce a receipt. We eventually got our order almost 20 minutes after ordering. Multiple people served before us but apparently they had run out of zinger burgers so were waiting for fresh to be cooked. Staff were apologetic when chased up but clearly had been left with too few staff on the shift and no sign of a manager around at all.
On a positive note most of the food was OK although the fries were poor.
Hopefully just a one off bad experience but next time I'm in the area and in a rush I will be trying out the new burger king...
