We planned a corporate event here last week, and Alice could not have been more helpful. We were travelling in from London and she was in communication the entire time leading up to the event, helping us choose food options and offering drinks packages to suit our budget. On the day of the event, she was there the entire time to ensure everything ran smoothly. Despite the number of guests being inaccurate, she was professional throughout, accommodated our changing numbers, and no request was too much. The upstairs room where we had our event was perfect in terms of environment; tidy and laid out in a way which was conducive to networking, music not too loud, and the food (although pub food, and nothing fancy) was laid out buffet style and was very tasty. Must make a special mention that the toilets were very clean! Always a plus! I highly recommend this pub for events, it is also very well located, right on the canal. Definitely get in contact with Alice, she will talk you through everything. She even called our cab for us at the end! Thank you to Old Pint Pot and to Alice for having us.
