I have just come out of being homeless.. got my first food voucher..

When I went today I at 2.30 pm I was told there other people that need it and they can't allow me a food parcel... The lady was very abrupt and made me feel worthless ...

Michelle who dealt with me on the first appointment was amazing... But whoever was there today has caused someone to go without food and all she said was haha try next Tuesday we're only volunteers
