Rio – My ultimate favourite ✨ She’s the definition of a caring and professional instructor. No matter your level, Rio makes sure you’re doing the exercises correctly, safely, and confidently. She has an incredible eye for detail and always demos each move before and during the workout, constantly repeating key cues to keep you on track. Expect to hear plenty of “Push!” and “Stay with me!” — and trust me, you’ll be glad you did.
Mike – The energy of the studio (and let’s not forget, those legs! 😄) He’s super friendly and so motivating. Mike’s leg classes are a must — I try never to miss one. He brings high energy and a big smile, and you always feel cared for and encouraged.
Georgie – The ultimate commando💪 Be prepared to sweat and push yourself to the max. Georgie knows exactly what she wants from the class and will make sure you’re giving your all. It’s intense, but the post-class high is absolutely worth it. She’s watching and she’s coaching while you question your life choices (in the best way).

Holly is exceptional! Her classes are fun yet challenging, with great attention to checking technique. Also, v happy that some re:activate classes include glute work, as I can never make the glutes class that’s on!
