DO NOT USE & BEWARE of reused food!!!! - if you have any sense& check their “policy” before purchasing food. We ordered food at 17:00pm on New Year’s Day!!! for the family and kids, food turns up 1.5 hours late & cold, open the wrap for my child to the longest blackest of hairs and small hair, I throw the food in the bin, call the shop who referred to this as a ‘extraordinary case’ which couldn’t be possible because apparently everyone covers their hair, I’m sorry but this is far from an ‘extraordinary case’ it’s a common case yet HOW YOU HANDLED IT WAS THE ONLY THING EXTRAORDINARY HERE, they requested photos from us and said people lie about these things…LOL (even though a picture proves nothing I could of planted the hair no? referring to us as liars. They offer to deliver a new order but will take another 1 hour - spent 30 minutes on the phone having messages passed through the head chef and they then said i need to take the food back out of the BINNN they want it back and will refund me. My poor Nani had to dig a bin of hairy food out for us to wait up to 3 hours to be offered no compensation for our day being ruined, having my entire family put off their dinner & not even a glass of water offered in return of us being so upset with how this case was handled- you couldn’t offer a 5 year old child a desert for example would that have killed you to do? For making them wait 3 hours for food and then come and bring it back to you for OUR MONEY. We are local and have used this shop many times over the many years, to experience how they treated us on New Year’s Day, how poorly and disgustingly they dealt with this matter is appalling! My nani is traumatised. They ask for the food back so they can reuse it, we smashed our pizza up so it was un-useable and drove to the shop to return it, we were offered ZERO compensation ZERO petrol money yet they charged to bring it, and were left with a upset family on New Year’s Day. Thank you ‘ mr singhs ‘ you have not only lost a good customer / people yet shown your true colours and I will ensure I continue to spread feedback on your shop. Read the bad reviews as I now have and avoid. FYI we also spend up to £100-200 regularly in restaurants like most people, please don’t call us liars and insult us over £20 not very ‘Sikh of you’ calling people penji and paarji doesn’t mean you get a pass on this vile behaviour , FIX YOUR ESTABLISHMENT and think about changing your name and not INSULTING Sikhs - you’re everything a Sikh does not stand for!

At Mr Singh's all vegetarian restaurant & takeaway vegetarians are treated to a delightful selection of meat-free alternatives that rival their carnivorous counterparts. From hot dogs to chicken burgers, tandoori chicken-style pizzas and delicious French fries, Mr Singh's offers a diverse menu catering to vegetarian tastes. The four star rating I have given is largely attributed to the standout dish, the chilli paneer pizza, which boasts a perfect blend of spice and cheesiness that tantalizes the taste buds with every bite, which In my opinion is the highlight of Mr Singh's menu. While the food impresses, the ambiance could benefit from a modern touch. The décor and furnishings appear dated, detracting slightly from the overall dining experience for those choosing to dine in-restaurant. The Service is satisfactory but could be more attentive to elevate the dining experience further. As far as beverages go, Unfortunately, the milkshakes leave something to be desired, lacking the thick, creamy texture that milkshake aficionados crave. In conclusion, Mr Singh's offers a vegetarian haven for those seeking flavorful meat-free options. While there are areas for improvement, such as updating the ambiance and refining the milkshake offerings, the delicious food makes it a worthwhile dining destination for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. I’d go as far as saying in terms of takeaway pizzas it’s possibly up there as one of the best in the midlands & surrounding areas.

The food at Mr Singh's Vegetarian pizza is beautiful. I didn't actually get a pizza, and was surprised by the vast amount of different side dishes on offer. I ordered the chilli paneer naan wrap and veggie hot dog with a can of coke, which came to around 11 pounds overall. The size of the food was very generous for the price, and there were plenty of sauces on offer that both came with the dishes and available free on the counter. This is a nice touch as most places charge separately nowadays. I particularly liked the chilli paneer wrap, it was well flavoured, large in portion, and the naan was so soft, fresh, and flavoursome. I could tell from cooking my own many times that this cook is a good home cook and knew how to make a good bread/dough. My friend ordered a hot dog too, alongside spicy wedges and chicken barbecue bites, both were very tasty too. The service was fast, and the lovely waitress Jassi was well mannered, polite, had a beautiful smile, which cheered me up and made me feel comfortable straight away. The guy behind the desk was also a very nice man and overall the staff were excellent. The only thing I could really down mark a little was the decor was nothing fancy, however i like that it was cosy and small too, and not bad at all for a fast food place. I'll definitely be eating at Mr Singh's Vegetarian Pizza House again, and I look forward to trying more dishes in future.

What an absolute joke of a pizza place! Ordered my food and was told the delivery time was 1 hour 35 mins. I said that’s fine but if I wait I’d like my food to be hot and fresh as I’ve had the same issue in the past where I’ve waited over 2 hours for food to come and it never arrives on time and if it does it’s either burnt, cold or looks atrocious. So I told the lady specifically I’ll wait for the food but I’ll only wait if it’s hot and fresh she said that’s fine. Called after an hour to ask how long and she said 15/20 mins I said okay that’s fine. When I received the food there was half a milkshake, barely any cheese on the pizza and only a few fries. Bear in mind I specially asked for the above. So I try to ring them and couldn’t get through, when I did I told her what happened and she said sorry thats not right the driver had our address first and was delivering it straight away. Understood. But why was my food still cold??? Then I told her I had half a milkshake and a few fries and she said to me, it couldn’t have been and if it was then something to do with the delivery???? I then asked for a refund as I waited the time and the food expectations and specificity was not met she told me she could only give a discount on the next time I ordered. This isn’t the first time it’s happened before either, I’ve taken pictures everytime and they still have the audacity to make this situation on me? However, if I PAID for my food and had asked for my food in a certain way, why am I only getting discounted for what THEY was meant to cook and THEY was meant to deliver? She then said she will give me a full refund but I’ll be banned from MR Singhs again? Sorry but?????? Did I steal something? Did I not pay? Did I speak rudely or do something criminal? A ban? She was an employee, she said the manager will come tomorrow I can speak to her. Are employees allowed to speak to customers in such tones? Are they allowed to give out bans? Is this what Mr singhs world famous vegetarian pizza is? Understood. Will not be ordering or recommending from here again. Rude employees who don’t even know what they doing and horrible service, low standard food and disgraceful...
