The Domus — Restaurant in Sandwell

First of all I want to give credit where credit is due. We purchased an XL margherita pizza, a mixed kebab with fries and a nutella pizza. The pizza and kebab was beautiful! Honestly, really delicious and cooked brilliantly plus the pizza was stone baked too- always a bonus! Now for the downside of the meal… the nutella pizza was ridiculous. I got excited thinking it would be like the chocolate pizzas I used to love at domino’s before they got rid of them. Let me point out its on the DESSERT MENU for starters but what we got was a margherita pizza with blobs of nutella plopped on top. After calling the place up thinking clearly this is a mistake, I was told it is no mistake and that this is how they do it and they have never had any complaints. Fair play that they offered me a replacement if I came to the shop to collect but I had to kindly decline. This was the only let down of the order. Other than that we really enjoyed it but just be warned about that dessert pizza- its not nice at all (I tried it) and its no more a dessert than putting chocolate sauce on top of a kebab. It just doesnt work and needs reviewing by the restaurant...

I order 2 pizzas with ham through justeat app. Soon after I received phone call from domus to choose different meat cause there is no ham. I said I dont want anything else so lady told me I need to cancel it through app so I did. They never refund anything and just it said they ( domus ) already start preparing (something they never had) meal and I cancel it so.I can't have refund . Good I paid by PayPal so they refund it.
