TRUST MY WORDS, THIS IS THE MONTH OF RAMADAN, DO NOT GO OR ORDER FROM THIS TRASH PLACE, I WASTED 36£ ON REALLY BAD COOKED FOOD, NORMALLY I WOULD LET IT SLIP, BUT I HAD HIGH HOPES, THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER. THEY'RE SO BAD IN TIME MANAGEMENT AND WHEN I CALLED, A GIRL PICKED UP AND HER REPLY TO MY QUESTION "WHERE IS MY FOOD" WAS "WAIT IT'LL BE ON IT'S WAY" WELL I ORDED TWO HOURS PRIOR, THEY GOT GREAT HEADSTART BUT STILL VERY LATE AND COLD. I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING IF IT WAS AN OPTION**

I ORDERED FAMILY BUCKET 1 - 8 Pieces fried chicken, 4 fries, 1.5ltr bottle of Coke, brand which I don't drink (and no option to choose from, they just sent it) REMARKS: SOGGY CHICKEN

Deal 5 (2 9" pizzas, 2 Fries, 2 cans of drinks) - Pizzas TYPE: Perfect Pepperoni, Tandoori Chicken, Cans of Drink: Mirinda , Lemonade (ONLY GOT 1 FRIES) REMARKS : RAW DOUGH OF PIZZA BASE WITH NOT SO PERFECT PEPPERONI, UNDERCOOKED AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT AND IT'S NOT EVEN 9", must be around 7-7.5" they're deceiving customers. (I HAVE ATTACHED PICS TO SEE HOW SMALL THEY'RE) THE DAMN BOX IS 8"

Giant Chicken Fillet Burger Meal Can of Drink: Mirinda REMARKS: NO TASTE, I GUESS IT MUST BE GIANT FOR MIDGETS.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, I ORDERED IT AT 03:43 PM to be delivered exactly on 05:41 PM, it came to me around 06:12 PM. WAS COLD.

BIGBITE MANAGEMENT, I DEMAND A REFUND, I HAD TO THROW THE FOOD OUT, I HAD A STOMACH UPSET AFTER...

Bismillah, I have to give a review for this place.

Ive ordered a substantial number of times and they never fail to disappoint. In sha allah I never do.

Every food I've received has been fresh and packed neatly. Not as a one off.

They adhere to the notes you make when ordering online. Not many places do that. If they dont have something on their list that you've ordered you do get an courtesy call.

Ive had many deliveries from here and I have even dined in. The team working there always have smiles on their faces. Especially the young lady at the till. Its a pleasure to be served. Yes delays sometimes happen, its inevitable given the service they get they still are able to manage it well. The shop has many customers visiting a day, that alone is telling you its a good business.

On top, it is very versatile. I have not found a place that serves every dish you desire, biryanis, Wraps, pizzas, mix grills. Its a chippy and fast food in one. Something for everyone on that menu.

We normally get the mix grills, Wraps/burgers and haven't been disappointed.

One of the best takeouts in west Bromwich been coming in here over the years. Some really good options on the menu , food is really nice here lots of flavour, taste and cooked good. Highly recommend the masala fish wrap, chicken tikka rice box and peri peri burger meal. These are my 3 top favourites to order here. The orange sauce is amazing highly recommend also their red chilli sauce is another good one. (It's not actually spicy) Sometimes trays are not cleared away on tables or table surfaces not cleaned quickly enough ,but for the most part tables are okay here. Waiting time isn't that bad either. Customer service is good haven't had a bad experience , staff are always been polite and professional here haven't had any issues. Never had any issues with my food either thankfully hence why I trust this place and come back. Prices are decent.
