Been coming here over the past 8 years highly recommend never had an issue with customer service staff are good and polite customer service is good. Food is great never had an issue with my food. Really nice and cooked properly taste is amazing. My go to on the menu is the no.9, chicken fillet burger I haven't tried much else on that menu except for chicken and chips which was okayish but not my cup of tea, so can't speak for anything else . The chilli sauce (light pink chilli sauce ) is one of the best sauces ever ! highly recommend people to try it. Every time I order my food it's upto standard never find any faults with it and same as I had it the previous times, always consistent. Tables to eat inside aswell ,sometimes they're not cleared away and cleaned but for the most part its okay could be better, I usually dine out just out of preference, rest of the shop is decent. Prices are decent aswell. It's always busy as loads of people enjoy the food here, waiting times are decent never had an issue with waiting . Only thing I can fault is sometimes they can be stingy with how many tubs of sauce they put in your order/bag and these sauce tubs are small, they're not your standard size or if they put 2 chilli sauce tubs they sometimes, (recently I've noticed a lot), forget to put the mayo in. Or if you ask for extra chilli sauce tubs some staff get annoyed I've noticed sometimes. Other than that, I highly recommend PFC. And enjoy...

A very long awaited review for this establishment. Can’t believe I hadn’t reviewed it already considering I’ve been frequenting this place since it opened, over 15yrs ago.

Location: This used to be the old KFC & it’s right next to West Bromwich market. Very conveniently placed for shoppers, visitors & students.

Parking: There is parking on the High Street & a number of small pay & display car parks within 5 minutes walking distance.

Pricing: It is by far the most budget friendly place there is in the West Midlands. Cost of living has gone up but the proprietors rarely put their prices up. I think they’ve only put their prices up 2/3 times since opening and that too by 50p or less each time.

Food: Portion size is really good for the price you pay. Quality and taste of everything is great and has been absolutely consistent all these years. In the last few weeks there’s been a few new items added to their menu & my particular favourites are the spicy bbq wings and the double spicy grilled burgers.

Service: To date there hasn’t been a negative experience. All the staff (past and present) are very friendly & welcoming.
