Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Scotland

Went in couple weeks ago during my lunch, they had ran out of normal milk and only had soya. They then charged me for this even though I didn’t ask for it. I challenged it at the counter as I’d realised after I’d paid. The blonde girl, short who speaks like a ned started swearing at me & another woman who was also questioning the charge. In what world is it ok to swear at someone? Her and her friends then started laughing saying “definitely won’t be getting a good review on the app from her”. Visited this location before a morning train to Edinburgh. Nice to have a table for holding refreshments and space to store our two backpacks. Caffé Nero is part of a chain of coffee shops. This one is situated in the financial area of Glasgow City Centre in York Street. It is very busy during business hours, I was there around 4.30 on a Friday and it was pretty much empty as shown in the pictures.
