Giving them two stars for the food as it was wonderful. However the way we were treated by the staff was a disgrace. We were sat next to a table of what can only be described as cackling hens, the compĆØre had asked them multiple times to be quiet and to take it down a notch as had other tables around us, then to be fair after 30 mins of not being able to hear one of our table shouted for them to be quiet. Ok perhaps there was an alternate way to deal with them but the staff had already lost control of them. This was when the spineless manager sent over a member of staff to complain about our outburst and effectively give us a severe talking to, condescending or what. At this stage we explained our position that we were not happy with the noise but seemingly it was still us at fault. Our server spoke up for us saying we were not at fault but that fell on deaf ears. We decided to leave at this point, half time, and asked to speak to the manager. This is were I explain my earlier spineless comment and will add useless into the mix to describe the manager. We asked for the 12.5% service charge to be removed as we were unhappy with the treatment, he got very offensive telling us we were swearing, which at NO point did we swear, we stated our position. Had he been reasonable we would have paid for the four rounds and left, however in his eyes the customer was wrong. Therefore we took umbrage at the drinks as we had asked for Smirnoff and coke and Bacardi and coke, none of this was on the bill and we noticed they had sold us more expensive vodka to which we asked for the difference to be removed. We complained about the Bacardi too as the person drinking it had assumed the dash was causing him to not drink it, however it was the difference in brands. This was not explained at the time therefore we asked for that to be removed. Understand we started getting petty with the manager and asking for these to be removed purely because of his attitude. He eventually conceded that the way were treated was shabby, we agreed we could have handled it better by asking a staff member, he then agreed to take the drinks off and went through the back room to adjust. He did not appear again and sent out another member of staff to deal with us. We checked the bill and he had only changed the name of the drink to white rum, we pointed out this and to be fair to them the person dealing with us, now the manager had decided to hide, was helpful and at least apologised for everything. We are not a rowdy group, it was a bowling club night out so half our people were retired. As I mentioned the food is fantastic, it was just spoiled by the staff and a manager who wanted nothing to do with a...

We had a fantastic night here celebrating a birthday. The acts were great fun and highly entertaining … tip: the first singer could sing a few upbeat songs; starting with torch songs doesn’t get the vibe going,… however the other acts elevated the energy and laughter levels very quickly! Our outstanding act of the night was the singer with the amazing ā€˜breast buddies’ backing singers but everyone was great!

Only downside of the night was meeting kitchen staff in the toilet still wearing his blue gloves while peeing and when challenged, went to wash his hands still wearing the gloves! I told him to remove his gloves, wash his hands then get new ones. I asked if he worked in the kitchen and he smiled and said yes. I spoke to the manager who apologised and said ā€˜this never happens’! I said ā€˜it does and did’ but trusted her to deal with it. Later in the night she advised me he didn’t work around food (in a kitchen??) and had been sent home. Overall it was handled quite well but I sincerely hope they take steps to ensure proper food hygiene as it took away from what was a fun night!

Shout out to our table staff who sorted out the hunt for the missing ice cream quickly and always had a smile :-)

Overall a fantastic night apart from the...

My wife and I visited the day after valentine's day on Friday night. Booked the cabaret show along with having a steak dinner.

The show was fantastic. All the acts were great and entertaining. Only really seen cabaret on holiday and this felt like a step up from what I was used to. My wife hadn't been to cabaret before and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The host was also really funny.

The food was great. I asked to have my steak well done. I would say it was somewhere between medium and medium well. If you're complaining about that you've got a problem in my opinion. Just pointing it out for the benefit of the business as some people can be really fussy. The food was fantastic.

Also like to mention that the drinks were great along with the overall service. Emma, one of the waiters in particular gave great service and seemed very pleasant.

Will most likely visit again at one point. Couldn't fault...

Amazing experience! Used a voucher for dinner, wine and a show for Ā£15 per person and it was well worth it. Staff are amazingly attentive and welcoming. Entertainment was brilliantly unique (attended on Wed night for Kitsch Cabaret) and the food was to die for! We had a set menu but my partner didn’t mind paying the extra for a sticky toffee pudding (after he ate a bit of mine and insisted he needed one for himself) Would 1000% recommend and would love to visit again.

You pay for what you get and this place Definitely has Class from the elegant boots and decor to the charming staff and we'll presented canapƩs, to fine cuisine . Impressed by the table settings, from real crystal water glass to champagne glasses to toast in 2017 certainly be recommending Wicked lounge to friends family and colleagues. Thank you for making our New Year of 2017 the best. See you soon X
