I use this greggs all the time as it’s in the same centre I work in and I’ve noticed recently the staff’s attitude just getting poorer and poorer. Over 15 minute wait at lunch time in a queue today (arrived at 2pm and served at 2:17pm) as one member of staff was serving and the queue was out the door yet there was 4 other staff on? The staff are usually dead nice so I don’t mind the wait but recently I’ve found myself being served by this one girl who just is the epitome of poor customer service. Every time I go in she snaps at me about the app when I say I have it and while the rest of the team make you aware your food may be colder she simply doesn’t bother. Her face is always tripping her unless she’s having a laugh with the rest of the team - while speaking to customers like dirt under her shoe. A little time after sitting down one of the ladies starting sweeping and clearing. I have to say clearing as cleaning isn't quite appropriate after missing most of the mess on the floor with the brush the lady in question proceeded to use the brush on the table top before returning it to the floor and back again.
