Nando's East Kilbride — Restaurant in Scotland

I was here a few weeks ago see (review below) and again just last week and I was shocked at the attitude of the "manager" here ANDREW or as the staff referred to him as (COOKSEY). This man was nothing but rude and has a sever attitude problem he clearly didn't want to be there. I only went back to this Nando's as we had a voucher for he last horrific meal and right from the moment we walked in I could tell it wasn't going to be a pleasent experience from Andrews attitude. We went to order and showed the cashier out receipt and voucher and ordered exactly what we got the last time however the "manager" ANDREW refused to honed it as it wasn't wrote out on the voucher this was the incompetence of the precious manger who's name I didn't get. After arguing and expressing our anger at this outrage Andrew gave us a full refund for the previous meal. I will never return to this Nando's and as for ANDREW (COOKSEY) well he should be sacked for his applaing attitude.

I was here yesterday 25/7 and as a regular Nandos eater (once a week anyway) I knew what to expect but NO! I had send the waitress back at least 10 times with all the meals at the table everything was cold and I mean freezing cold. There was really no excuses as the restaurant was empty the food was truly awful and wasted my experience. My corn was limp and clearly not fresh the chips arrived stone cold and the portions were not regular they were tiny. My wrap also arrived stone cold. This Nandos is a disgrace and I can see why it wasn't busy. I have eaten aids for years and the only other I time I have an issue is while in Singapore whick was a poor excuse for food. Placed an order on Deliveroo at 21.25. Was phoned at 21.40 and told that they only had one piece of chicken and would put another one in the oven and would be ready at 10 for a driver to come and get. The app continuously updated the delivery time and I eventually cancelled the order at 11 at night because they clearly were not going to be sending the food out. Absolute waste of time and left with nothing and to late at night to now get anything after working till late and having to leave it till that time to order. When they phoned to say they had one left, I don’t understand why they weren’t just honest and said to order something else rather than leaving me all night waiting for an order than didn’t show up. Total shambles...

Shocking customer service, staff can’t make decisions or seat groups appropriately. Asked to be seated at a booth and was told no in case a larger table came in, even though they had closed half the restaurant off and it was already pretty empty? They had seated a smaller party standing in front of us at a booth for 4 whilst we were standing there, don’t understand the logic in this but can honestly say I won’t be back. Second time I’ve had a poor service from this Nando’s, always a long wait for food and limited staff on to serve, won’t be long until it’s closed down like the rest...
