Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

My daughter and her pals went to ek to do some shopping they then got hungry and went to this subway it was packed like always so they ordered but while one of my daughters were ordering the manager decided to rage at one of the new employees it was outrageous and the whole subway went quiet the manager then proceeded to shout at his other employees wich held the line even longer after my daughters and their pal got their food they sat at a table in the corner but there were only 2 seats so my daughter got one from a table no one was sitting at and she put the chair close enough so that there was room for people to pass by but I guess the manager didn't like what he was seeing so he came up to my daughter and shouted at her she was nearly in tears and he'd just ruined her special way since it was also her birthday. Not to mention the food was rubbish aswell ( I guess the manager and the food have something in common) the tuna smelled rotten the cheese wasn't toasted and the bread was growing specs or mould but my daughter and her friend were too scared to complain incase they manager decided to rage at them again. Horrible experience I hope business go down and they get shut down because they 100% deserved it DON'T come here unless u want a sore stomach and to get screamed at...

As a delivery driver the only thing I encountered here was adversity, the bloke behind the counter tried being disrespectful first, telling me where to stand no designated delivery area no santisation station, second time he puts his hands all over my phone, like are you for real, left me feeling violated and dirty. I reported the incident. Won't be returning to collect orders, I can see where the negitive reviews would be warrented. Wouldn't even give it a star to be fair. Awful, we ordered 3 cookies only given 2, didn’t put our food through as a meal deal and was over charged, little cousin went up to get the other cookie when the workers were very rude and then told to get an adult then when an adult came and said why are we being overcharged and not getting our cookie, worker rudely said it’s your fault for not noticing my mistake sooner. Eventually got the cookie but was disrespected and won’t be back here again. He also scrunched up the receipt copy they had and put it in the bin.Customer service...
