Syrian Pie — Restaurant in Scotland

Poor customer service. Staff seems to be very rude. They only can about big orders. Didn't serve well to single customers, Even they didn't ask either you are dinning in or take out. Quality is also not good, they use frozen chicken and most of the time they just heat already made chicken and also their prices are not fixed sometime when they are busy they gives you same product expensive and in normal days when they are quite much cheaper. Not value for money, their bar-be-que half chk is £7.50 and is not fresh and they just heat in microwave, whereas in same price you can have fresh grilled pri-pri chicken from pepe's with much...

Both workers had no knowledge of English, they couldn't even read their own English menu. the food was just okay but this is not really a restaurant even though their are chairs and tables. a guest had eaten before us and they just left his used utensils on the table next to us for a very very long time. over all very frustrating experience. Food quality was not of Arab standard. The hospitality was exactly opposite of Arabic standard. only suitable for a takeaway and that also via online order as inside restaurant English language is a major issue..

what a waste of...

Fantastic little place hidden away inside a shopping mall. The pies come fresh out of a huge wood fire oven imported from Italy, and are so reasonably priced an absolute feast can be ordered without breaking the bank. The menu is varied and has options that I've never seen in Scotland before, and to top it all off the owners and staff are very chatty and friendly. We had a number of pies and side dishes, all of which were delicious. Highlights were the olive pie and Baba Ghanoush....
