âââââ Pure Sweet Glasgow is a Must-Visit! This place does unreal desserts with huge portions and I'm so glad I finally stopped by. First off, the drive-thru is in an ideal location in Kinning Park, making it super convenient to grab a delicious treat on the go. The best part is the dessert menu truly caters for all tastesâwhether you want something light and fruity or rich and decadent, they have it covered. I was blown away by some of their new menu additions. The Kinder Cheesecake is heavenly, and the Dubai Bun is an absolute must-try! But the real showstopper for me was the Unreal Chocolate Fudge Cake that hits the spot for chocolate lovers. It's fantastic whether you eat it hot or cold, and it lives up to its nameâit's truly unreal. Don't overlook the delicious Rice Krispies Bowls that come in so many different flavours, or the beautiful and tasty Sweet Dubai Strawberries range. Also everything is packaged securely in great wrapping. If you're looking for an incredible dessert spot with amazing variety and perfect convenience, make sure you check out Pure...
Read moreI had high hopes for Pure Sweet in Glasgow, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The customer service was poor â staff seemed disinterested and borderline rude when I asked simple questions. The quality of the sweets didnât match the hype either; some items tasted stale, and others clearly werenât fresh.
For the prices they charge, I expected far better. The shop looks nice from the outside, but donât be fooled â itâs all style and no substance. Sadly, I wonât be returning, and I wouldnât recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine sweet treat or a pleasant customer experience.
We waited over 1.5 hours for our desserts, only to be served something that was honestly horrific. Completely tasteless, poorly presented, and nowhere near worth the time or the money.
For a place that promotes itself as a premium dessert spot, this was beyond disappointing. No apology, no urgency, just a long wait followed by a plate of regret. Wonât be back â and I wouldnât recommend...
Read moreGood lord what appalling food. Such a disgrace to Glasgow, honestly. The first issue I had was that the menu was misleading and weird. The girl at the order point asked weird questions like "do you want to add ice cream? Do you want to add sauce?" Surely ice creams and sauces and toppings should come with the waffle and should be included in the price. The waffle turned out to be a sloppy, cold, soggy and burnt from the corner mess. But most of all, FLAT like a paratha lol. The strawberries were cut up so chunky, nutella like it was thrown on from a distance. I've attached a picture. The cookie dough was definitely doughy, tasted gritty and underdone and surely raw. They also forgot that I had ordered bubblegum ice cream in a cone. They rectified this mistake later. The lack of spoken English language also made communication very difficult. The lady at the till did not know what bubblegum ice cream was and called it "Purplegum". Needless to say, will neither...
