Make Soniya a managing role, please promote her and make her the top of the food chain. She is amazing and great, we loved her. Soniya should be made manager of her workplace for several compelling reasons that highlight her leadership qualities, work ethic, and ability to foster a positive work environment. Firstly, Soniya has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance in her current role. Her ability to meet and exceed targets showcases her dedication and understanding of the company's goals. This track record of success not only reflects her competence but also her potential to take on greater responsibilities as a manager.

Secondly, Soniya possesses strong interpersonal skills that are crucial for effective management. She is well-respected by her colleagues and has a natural ability to communicate clearly and empathetically. This fosters a collaborative atmosphere where team members feel valued and motivated to contribute their best efforts. Her approachable nature encourages open dialogue, making it easier for her team to voice concerns and share ideas, which ultimately leads to improved productivity and morale.

Lastly, Soniya has a vision for the future of the workplace that aligns with the company's mission. She has shown initiative in proposing innovative solutions to existing challenges and is always looking for ways to improve processes. Her proactive approach to problem-solving indicates that she would not only manage her team effectively but also drive the company towards growth and success. In conclusion, Soniya's proven track record, strong interpersonal skills, and forward-thinking mindset make her an ideal candidate for the managerial position, and promoting her would undoubtedly benefit the entire organization.

Came all the way down from Inverness to try this place out. Had seen lots of posts on Facebook about it and decided we would give it a try. Will start with the negatives which are very few. Cold plates. Food instantly cool and so very many of the puddings bought in. I had the sticky toffee pudding and it was stodgy and the sticky toffee sauce was non existent. The pluses far outweigh the minuses! What a choice and the food all looked soooooo good. I had no idea what I would have but I tried several different foods. The lamb biriani was to die for. The chilli chicken balls were stunning. I had a lamb chop from the kebab section and whoever is responsible for cooking it is a legend. Fell off the bone and so tender. Tried the chicken chasni which was lovely but the absolute star dish was the butter chicken. It was just absolute heaven. The roast dinner looked absolutely delicious and although I didn't have it as I was too full I had a couple of roast potatoes and they were just gorgeous. Tried chicken gyoza for the first time and again would recommend. Had the whippy ice cream which was lush then went back for a scoop each of the banana bubblegum and chocolate ice cream. The banana was just beautiful! Service was faultless the whole restaurant was gleaming with cleanliness and the lassie who took the payment was called Sonia was a wee star! What amazed me were the large numbers of different nationalities all enjoying many different dishes the biggest group being the dozens of Muslims who were openly praising the food ditto lots of Africans too. Every single one of the various ethnic minorities are with older family members and their beautifully behaved children. The hard working staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were extremely polite. Finally every single member of staff kept the place spotless and the inside and outside are both very well...

Two VERY important bits of info: It's the ONLY charcoal meat grill buffet I have seen in the UK (pretty cool and very tasty meats) but it goes down hill from there... KIDS DO NOT EAT FREE contra to all commissioned tiktok and insta posts and even if you call to ask they will tell you kids eat free... They do not.

Food: Ita NOT the largest buffet in Scotland contra to what all the social media posts say. It has a nice selection of dishes mainly Indian and kebab and BBQ meats. The pasta dishes are plain and some are undercooked. The chicken lasagna was amazing!

The pacora are soooo dry there was a mountain of them made on the side ready to be loaded into the buffet table so pass on them.

The tick prawns looked amazing and just came out but were undercooked.

The key things about the food is, select dishes are great but most dishes are not amazing.

Deserts are a big let down most cakes are rock solid stale from sitting there all day. the warm cookies are awesome.

Decore: The building is new but the interior looks like an unplanned go with the flow design with pain on door handles and tiered furnishings.

Service: It's most definitely not why you come, the staff are friendly enough and seem to work hard to get the food out but no one in particular went the extra mile.

Why I won't come back, we wanted to budget for the kids that don't eat much and distance. Both a commissioned tiktok and we phoned before coming all confirmed out 1.5 yo and 3yo would eat free. But they charged £12 for a 3yo who are one slice of pizza.

It's not worth the drive, and for the limited number of good dishes I would say your better off going to somewhere like Cosmo where kids are £2 and the selection is higher and...

Came here after seeing lots of pics and videos of this place hoping to experience "the biggest and best buffet in Scotland". Unfortunately wasn't the experience I hoped for. Pros - the Sushi was absolutely beautiful and really enjoyed them. The finger food appetisers were nice too. Dessert section had great options to choose from and the small cakes/muffins were nice. The inside of the place looked great. Staff were friendly enough. Cons - the Chicken Noodle Soup was very strong tasting in ground pepper, and the appearance of it looked like dishwater. The deep fried section of the food wasn't the warmest and fish was cold. The Chinese selection was pretty poor, with the Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style tasting strange, and the Noodles feeling rubbery. Waffle Bear - my friend with me got one that looked like it had mould on it, like you see on bread. After I looked at the ones on the tray, there were more like it. I alerted one of the waiters who said "they were made fresh this morning" and he went to check and said on return at first that it was "blue roll" then changed to saying "it was pepper that got inside". We were offered a complimentary coffee on the house but neither of us are coffee drinkers so didn't take it. I went back to dessert section and next thing the Waffle Bears had been changed to newer more fresher better looking ones so quick? Did they have "pepper in them" too? I did hope for the best but I just wasn't feeling it. They may have a bigger selection than Cosmos inside the St. Enoch Centre but the quality of the food doesn't match theirs. I didn't feel the price of £23.99 matched the value of the experience.
