Had a blast here two years ago, a reunion of sorts there, and wanted to come back today for a drink.

Today, they wouldn’t let my uncle in for walking funny. Explained the situation, he has a medical condition. They asked us to not call this discrimination, and to understand that their jobs are really hard. Door people should lose their jobs for utter incompetence.

This is nothing but discrimination against a person with a disability. A quick explanation from seven other people, sober, and walking perfectly fine, should have cleared the situation up within minutes. I haven't been to many bars since the COVID-19 pandemic started. This was one of the first bars where I ventured inside for a pint. I was so impressed with the measures they had in place to make their customers feel safe. We had our temp taken on arrival, details taken for track and trace. The staff were so friendly and prompt when giving us table service.
