Used to love a trip to the craws but after tonight i'll not be hurrying back.
The food absolutely rotten i had 3 courses
Salt and Pepper Chicken Bites to start where the best of the meal hot, crispy but lacked flavour just a hit of pure pepper
Main course was a shepards Pie supposedly with pulled lamb the flavour of the gravy in this pie was good but it had 2 little tiny chunks of what could be considered lamb but honestly it wasnt worth considering it meaty at all as for the side of mixed greens and roasted carrots it was 3 tiny little slices of tinned carrot in a bush of spring greens coated in melted hutter and some little brown peas.
The dessert ordered was banoffee pie 20 mins after eating our mains we asked the bar for our dessert 20 mins later they came to tell us there was none left so asked us for something different so i ordered creme brulee after yet another 25 minutes it finally arrived and filthy bowl with custard all over the outside of the bowls the creme brulee clearly thrown into the bowl with a wierd dirty brown liquid on top of the overly burnt and stone cold caramelised sugar on the top.
These are just my 3 food items ordered the state of the food recieved by the people i was dining with was rediculous aswel 1 of them ordered the brownie dessert to be present with a tiny triangle of brownie smaller than the actual spoon it was served with for the grand price of £6 you could see where the portion had been butchered to nothing in the kitchen
On top of this, the restaurant is busy but nowhere near full and there are loads of staff present so unlike responses from the manager to other reviews they wont be able to preclaim it was busy or they where understaffed.
Avoid coming to this place, they dont respect the customer enough to entice you back by providing you good food or...

Well Stephanie, if the staffer was willing to offer a family of four a coffee table to eat dinner at (how embarrassing) then surely they could have asked the couple with just drinks to sit there and free up a four seater table for meals?
Clearly common sense and customer service aren't a huge priority in your establishment, luckily then we'll never be back to experience it again.
Went there last night looking for a table for 4 to have dinner, female member of staff came over and I asked for said table. She said she had nothing, no tables except a coffee table (not appropriate for dinner) and couldn't help.
I pointed out that on the right up at the very back there were two people with just drinks (no menu's or cutlery etc) taking up a table that could easily seat 5/6 and closer to the door there was a single older man taking up a four seat table with just a pint, again no sign of eating with no menu or cutlery and I highly doubt at his advanced age he'd have been eating at that time anyway.
The staff member just shrugged her shoulders and said she couldn't help, so she let a potential 12 course food sale walk away in favour of not having to politely ask 3 people with 3 drinks if they could sit at the afore mentioned coffee table or at another smaller table.
What a shocking attitude for customer service, and these places wonder why they struggle at the best of times, never mind when they should be actively encouraging families to patronise their establishment.
Will never go back, they had their chance, and will go out of my way to tell everyone I know not to go there as well, just like the staffer went out of her way to...
