This is a fantastic location for drinks or food. There is plenty of parking nearby. I cycled, and they have three bike racks. It overlooks the Tay (it would be better if cars/vans were not parked opposite), and I was delighted to see a couple of dolphins jumping about. I stayed from 10 am to 3.30 pm today, had cappuccino, did some work, had lunch, and had a cuppa tea with my friend. The servers were excellent, very helpful, and accommodating. The cappuccino and tea were good, and I had lentil soup for lunch. It was flavourful, creamy and savoury but slightly salty for my palate. Otherwise, it was okay. Maybe sourdough bread would be preferable to accompany the soup. Overall, I had a good experience. Would definitely go back again and try some of the main meals available, they do look good with plenty of options but I am not hungry enough.

Great place, delicious food and friendly staff. A group of us visited this place for lunch on a Wednesday. I didn't expect it to be busy and it was. So I'd definitely recommend booking a table in advance. The food was fantastic. I had the fish butty which was served with coleslaw and fries and it was delicious. For dessert, I chose a cookie dough slice and again it was to die for. They have a very extensive menu so everyone's needs are pretty much catered for. Their cakes look amazing. My friend had the carrot cake and she loved it. They have milk alternatives like oat milk. It's not a cheap place but very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and attentive. There are baby change facilities. They have a kids menu and provide highchairs on request. There's on-street parking available - lots of room in fact.

Ignored at the door by three members of staff. A pleasant gentleman trying his best did come over and apologise and seat us. No one served us then for around 20 minutes. Two of us ordered the cooked breakfast which was £10.95 and one of our party ordered the French toast for £6.95. We were shocked when our plates came over. The cooked breakfasts were tiny with burnt bacon and a huge soggy mushroom, and the coffee was like hot milk. My friend's french toast was one slice of toast on a plate with burnt bacon on the top. Coffees supposed to be included with the cooked breakfasts but were added on to the bill. Service was absolutely shocking so no point in complaining. We will never be back and I don't ever recommend it to anyone. It's always has a terrible reputation in the Ferry and I'm afraid nothing has changed no matter who runs it. Why open a restaurant when you've no idea what you're doing.

Caught the place on a bad day? Fab location and the views are great, especially if youāre sat in the front of the restaurant. The staff themselves were lovely and tried their best. They were understaffed (as I heard them discuss) so service was very slow. We went for the afternoon tea and cocktail and were disappointed, other peopleās reviews look delicious but we were served stale pakora that tasted like it had been sat in the fridge for days, and it was stone cold. The bread on the sandwhich was also getting hard. Plus 2/4 of our cakes had come out of a Tesco multipack, love a Tesco mini doughnut but not when Iām paying to eat out. Rest of the savoury bits and scones were good, overall just didnt taste very fresh ā¹ļø
