Wingstop Review Wingstop was a real letdown. The chips were shockingly subpar—dry, bland, and anything but fresh. Their idea of "loaded chips" was just plain fries with a dusting of Cajun seasoning and some of the most cheapest and terrible melted cheese. Hardly what anyone would consider genuinely loaded! The wings were another disappointment. Not only were they exceedingly small, but they were also so dry and tough that chewing through them felt like a chore. Even the sauces failed to rescue the experience, as they seemed to mask rather than enhance the chicken’s taste, which only added to the dissatisfaction. Price-wise, it felt like a rip-off. For just 8 wings, loaded fries, and a chicken burger with another side of "loaded" fries, we were looking at a bill of over £36! The so-called chicken burger was almost laughable—tiny, with two thin fillets that resembled fish fingers more than proper chicken. Given the quality, the whole meal wasn’t worth a fraction of what they’re charging. Honestly, even KFC or Pepe’s puts out better-tasting, higher-quality food at far more reasonable prices.

🟥HIGHLY RECOMMEND🟥 Came here 6/8/24 - i’m a picky eater so i stayed on the safe side. Firstly, when we arrived we were greeted with an excellent man called Daniel (he’s lovely) he took our orders with a smile. I got the 8 piece chicken wings (original flavour) which was £8.75 and regular house fries £2.45 and a refillable drink £3.50. All came to a total of £14.70. There are many choices for refills include many flavours of coca cola, fanta etc. The food came fairly quickly (under 10 mins of us ordering) they supply a plastic glove to protect your hands from getting saucy. Overall i will definitely be back! I highly recommend!!! Keep up the good work guys ALSO: we came 30 mins after it opened so it wasnt too busy..

Great wing place, with plenty of flavours of various "heats" to meet everyone taste. I had the Full Favour Fix, wing, tenders, and chips, so I could try all the menu options. I would highly recommend this option as its the best for variety and value as you can get the sauces with it and two dips. They also offer boneless wings if you prefer. I unfortunately marked the atmosphere down cause of the over all feel of the venue. They are extremely popular which comes with a difficulty finding a seat, but also a constant shuffle of people queuing and then standing around. Overall I'd say this place is worth a visits l and that it's a higher midlevel wing place.

I’m giving it 2 stars as the food was actually nice, and I believe my order was correct. Unfortunately, I need to talk about the service, not from team members. They were great, but the managers on duty! I went with my two friends, and both their orders were incorrect and just above room temperature at best, same with mine. We went back to correct the mistake and spoke to one of the team members and handed her the order along with the receipts. We watched her hand it to her manager on duty, who took it into the kitchen, and we proceeded to wait for our remake. We had entertainment. At least it was fun watching the kitchen backing up, and when the pass area was completely full of half-made orders and people walking to and from different stations in the kitchen, we noticed both managers on duty decided to leave the shop and come back 5 minutes later. One of them told the team member to ask what we ordered again, so we told her, but at this point, in total, we had been waiting 40 minutes for our order. We asked her, “Can we speak to your manager?” and she agreed to speak to us, but the only thing she would tell us is that the team member is new and it’s her fault! And she then proceeded to talk to her other manager about us as they were talking, looking, and pointing at us.

I was outraged to say the least. As a manager, you should be taking accountability for it and actioning a remake ASAP as it was a remake after all, but all she wanted to do is blame her team. Don’t blame, train the team is a shadow of you, and incompetence filters down from the top. The other manager was just cleaning tables at this point.

Apart from the chilly food, a wait that felt longer than a marathon (47 minutes, to be exact), and the toxic atmosphere conjured by the managers, there was no check-back to our table, even after all the drama. (To be fair, we did request take-out, but eventually found ourselves sitting in, like unexpected guests at a party.) However, the food we finally received was actually quite delightful. The sauces were a taste sensation, and the team members were as lovely , especially the one being unfairly blamed for all the chaos.

Would I go again? Yes, but I think I’ll wait for this one to iron out its issues. After all, I’ve heard it’s a bit of a wrinkly mess, and I’m not in the mood for a...

The foods good; atmosphere is great. I honestly just came to review because I had the worst customer service I have ever received from ‘Daniel’ i was ordering with him, and he seemed to not know how to function his till correctly so instead of just asking a colleague for some help. He proceeded to be super hostile and rude to me. I had wanted to change a flavour in my order than had wanted to change something else which meant he cancelled the order he was making, which would automatically print out a receipt every time a ‘change’ was made so it made him restart the order every time. Honestly you’d think I was asking for much but the cheek is a joke. He looked at me so hostile and was like is that actually what you want after every question. How cheeky. Then at one point I just look at him and say you’re very rude I don’t want to be served by you. Anyway I ended up having to go through with him as the next till was already occupied and there was a line. At the end he told me to check the order on the screen in the most rudest way and I said I have. Then he says no actually check it. Than I say I have. And he was sitting huffing and puffing it’s a joke. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t have any sort of...

I've been here and handful of times but the last two have been questionable to the point I'll not return and will be contacting trading standards and the food standards agency. My last meal I'd spent about £30, got it home and after eating some of it I found some questionable hairs. These were most definitely not from a head. It went in the bin. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again recently. A 40min round trip, paid for parking and again a wasted meal because half the meal was missing. To top it off the staff apologised for the queue as only one till was working but when I got to the front of the queue someone logged onto a 2nd of the 3 tills. The final straw for this business is the lack of customer service. There's no way to get in contact with them which should be illegal if it isn't already. No phone numbers for the store anywhere. The 'Contact Us' page on the website make you fill in a survey with no information collected on how to get back to you etc. It's an absolute carry on. I'll never be back. I've lost about £40+ through the bad customer service for the last two meals. Wingstop is the new Dennys...
