Tried out this new addition to St. Enoch Centre in Glasgow City Centre. Situated on the first floor close to the entrance of The Vue cinema. Fairly quiet when we went in and shown to a nice booth by Anna who seated us and gave us food/drinks menus. Anna asked us if we had any allergies and let us know that the food would come to the table as and when ready and not in a particular order. We ordered BBQ Brisket Beef bao buns (a portion of 2) to begin. For mains we both ordered Ramen, x 1 grilled chicken and 1x Beef Ramen. For drinks we had a green tea (free) and x1 330ml diet coke (£3.50), which I thought was expensive. The bao buns had arrived and they were 2 tiny pillows of deliciousness, shredded Beef with a bright orange spicy sauce. They were gone within minutes. The Beef Brisket Ramen arrived next which looked appetising in a large bowl with a large wooden spoon. It was a Beef broth with more of the shredded bbq Brisket, Noodles and some what I took to be kimchi and bamboo shoots and spring onions with a half boiled egg on top. My chicken breast Ramen was a large portion of broth, sliced breast, pea shoots and spring onions and noodles in a bowl and spoon. My bamboo shoots tasted as though they were straight out of the fridge and the tasteless broth was only lukewarm I'm afraid. My husbands Ramen looked delicious but my husband would later admit that he would have liked it hotter. Miss the steak Ramen which used to be on the menu. Have had better tasting food at the other city centre location. The service was good and the total bill was fairly reasonable at £42.50p. The decor is lovely but the atmosphere was a little flat as it was pretty quiet. P.S. didn't know that we had to specify what kind of broth we wanted from menu, missed that bit. Can be light, spicy or rich.

Wagamama at Glasgow St. Enoch is an absolute gem that combines delicious food, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel valued and well cared for. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the modern decor created a vibrant yet cozy ambiance. The menu, as always, is packed with variety, catering to all dietary preferences. I ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry with the spicy twist, and it was phenomenal! The chicken was perfectly crispy, the curry sauce had just the right kick of heat, and the flavors were bold yet perfectly balanced. My partner opted for the classic Chicken Katsu Curry, which never disappoints. Both dishes were served quickly, hot, and beautifully presented. What stood out most was the attentiveness of the staff. They were friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our server even took the time to recommend some dishes we might enjoy on our next visit, which was a lovely touch. The location in St. Enoch is incredibly convenient, especially after a day of shopping or exploring the city. Despite being busy, the atmosphere remained relaxed, and the team managed the flow of customers seamlessly. Wagamama Glasgow St. Enoch is a must-visit for anyone craving fresh, flavorful food with exceptional service. Whether you’re dining solo, with family, or on a date, this place will exceed your expectations. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Firstly I need to say that I love wagamamas and have never had an issue before. This was my first time going to the St Enoch restaurant, my friend and I went for a takeaway at lunch time. A little surprised that the takeaway price was the exact same but we ordered anyway. We were told we could stand outside which we did, just at the balcony outside, and the server would give us a shout when it was ready. Fifteen minutes later we still hadn't been served so went back inside (all of about ten feet) to be told by someone else that our takeaway was ready and grabbed the bag. It was cold, and my friend said her katsu was not good. I had the bao buns and they were nice as always but disappointed overall. I'll not be back to this restaurant.

Worst Wagamama food quality I’ve experienced. Usually a fan on the brand but this particular venue has been disappointing on two occasions. Bland and messy. Fried chicken was 90% batter and the chicken itself was gross. Egg missing from dish - which we were then charged (£1.50!!) for because the staff didn’t know the menu and instead of fixing order, came to ask who took our order as if they were trying to find out who to blame (but the dish was simply missing the egg). We ordered edamame as we were told they would be free through the app, but we were unable to redeem the offer. Magda was amazing and the only real redeeming factor. She was so warm and welcoming and a true gem.

This was our second disappointing visit due to the food quality, which is a shame considering the staff...
