Buttylicious — Restaurant in Sefton

I’m actually so disappointed in the customer service and quality of this place, Ordered food over the phone and got told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. 1.5 hours later i ring up enquiring about my food, to get told it would be 10/15 minutes. 2 hours after i ordered the food it showed up, i said to the delivery driver (who i’m certain also runs the shop) that i had been waiting 2 hours, he brushed me off and didn’t really engage in conversation with me, saying that it basically isn’t his fault no care was given at all, it was basically not my problem etc. I then pay him and he goes, the food itself is okay, it’s nothing special to be honest. It was bland but edible. Will not be ordering again and i don’t suggest...

Really unhappy today. Ordered many times home delivery but this time full breakfast arrived cold. Well barely warm. The ham was awful and fatty definately not the same that we get several times a week when working. Rang to say not happy but manager advised they wouldnt swap the food even tho we said they can have it back. We were told foods not cold they came straight to us but it took 45 minutes to warm up a breakfast and make ham sandwich and we are a 2 min drive away. Apparently we were only order driver came to in his run. Offered a 5 pound discount next time we order but we wont be using again. Very dissapointed and spent hundreds...
