Ordering One ⭐️: attitude stinks of the guy by the till. Only use a very basic language when he asks: ‘a wha’ ‘a wha’… annoying. Table service One ⭐️: however, the young fella ‘waiting staff’ was polite, he gave a little time to have a scrunch on his front while asked if the food was what we ordered 🤷🏻‍♂️ Food Zero ⭐️: ordered chicken curry with naan bread and poppadoms. microwave food (this is nothing new, and acknowledged that long time ago, this is not the reason of my review). BIG CHUNKY hair was laughing on the poppadoms. Cutleries Zero ⭐️: the plate the food has been served was already dirty. dried egg yolk all over…. it was great to know someone else had shared a meal with me.. just wondering where the hair belongs after all… Complaint The restaurant was full at the time of my visit. Both, the bar and the food area. The attitude guy behind the till wasn’t the right person to argue about this issue. The young guy was busy with the other guests. Otherwise I thought it would be unfair to the other guests who might enjoyed their food to do a scene about hairy curry and dirty plate. Solution: probably the business will send me a sorry comment and hope next time they can do better and bladybla! No, save your excuses. The whole experience was just disgusting. I will NEVER visit any wetherspoons in my life. No second chances. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants a little bit of quality food on their table. Great location, it is a SHAME they can afford this called ‘hospitality’.

Great place for a decent quality meal at a great price. The atmosphere, as to be expected, is quite overwhelming if not used to busy spaces. The staff are great, always working at top speed to accommodate those very busy lunch and dinner times. Friendly to kids and a great choice for them to choose from. The small plates and the deals available are brilliant. I eat here at least weekly, as it's near my work and very convenient for catering for those I'm eating with. If you're expecting fine dining or the perfect wine, it's unfair and misrepresented. It's a very large chain of easy no-fuss dining. You don't expect lounge jazz music or a Maitre D. However, you can expect value for money every time. If I have one small gripe and a regular feature with this chain. 'Who's next?' Bar service is very annoying. I work in mental health, and several of my services users get intimidated by the 'push in attitude' of some customers. It is to be expected in such a busy and expansive bar area and perhaps can be looked at by the company in the future. So I won't mark it down for that. Overall, to end on a note that is deserved by the great staff here, it does get tge 5 stars. Bites, strips and wings with Naga Chilli Dip, and a £1.99 pint of Bud light make this my favourite place for lunch when on a budget that my clients can afford.

We visited here on a day out with family. The pub was quiet and we sat outside after clearing the table which had been left with plates etc . It was never wiped. We ordered tikka, chicken strips and fish and chips, plus drinks. The drinks never turned up even after we had eaten our meal- if you can call it a meal. When we asked for the drinks they came out with one missing. Although my tikka was nice, the portions were so small for the price paid, and most unlike other Wetherspoons we have been to. My husbands fish and chips were a joke!! We get better portions from our local chip shop -enough to share for about the same price. There were no peas or tartar sauce as pictured on the website menu, and the fish was like a dried up fish finger, with a handful of chips. We should have complained there and then but as with family I did not want to upset anyone and we were enjoying a rare family day out. I had also recommended this pub as visited in the past with no issues. Also, no staff came out to ask if all was OK as I would have mentioned then. The place just seemed dirty, staff not friendly or bothered, dirty tables outside and poor food. Shame we wont visit again and totally wasted hard earned money.

Rudest bar staff we have ever met. The young blonde girl working today was extremely rude! I still can’t believe the way she spoke to my husband! We went for breakfast and bought me a coffee whilst using the machine the coffee ran out, so he went to the blonde girl behind the bar “excuse me the coffee has ran out on the machine” she complete ignored didn’t even acknowledged she heard so he waited a little longer until she looked at him so he told her again “sorry love the coffee machine has ran out” to which she snapped back “ I heard you the first time gave him a dirty look and walked off” this same girl also was extremely rude to a woman who had been waiting for 2 pieces of toast for an hour! The words where whatever you’ll get it when it’s ready! I have worked in customer service myself and would never think this was acceptable behaviour! And I have eaten out and plenty of restaurants, cafes and eateries and never seen such rudeness ever! The gentleman that worked there all very pleasant helpful and polite thus young lady needs find a new job! Customer service is not a quality she has. We won’t be going in there again if this is the level of customer service you get. I can’t understand that we waited 50 minutes for our meal as it was very busy but rudeness and arrogance can’t be...
