Turkish Grill House — Restaurant in Sefton

Consistency is key in business. Especially the restaurant/takeaway business. This is what the Turkish Grill House provides every single time I have visited since it opened. You will not have a better Turkish food experience anywhere else in this town, and yet even with their success, the quality has never dropped.

I went yesterday for a mixed grill so I could sample a mix of lamb and chicken. The meat is always cooked to perfection, juicy and with so much flavour. The Turkish bread is perfect with your meal and I recommend a side of red salt chips with your plate. Huge portion sizes and the service was top notch. Sauces, rice and salad is as tasty and fresh as always. Even the onions are top quality, it amazes me. The main man behind the grill made me and my family feel well appreciated and cared for despite it being very busy in the kitchen.

If you are wanting an authentic Turkish grill experience, there's no other option than this place. I'm even planning a holiday to Turkey due to this restaurant because I feel their culture has some of the best street chefs and food in the world. You will be looked after and every penny is well spent.

I can't not believe the customer service here!

Absolutely outstanding. Food delivered and was gorgeous. However sent rice instead of bread. This was despite me specifying bread ( I know some of the meals come with rice but this did give me the option to pick bread) I called up let them know - I felt awkward doing so because it was only for some bread.. but I was really fancying kebab on bread.

Anyway guy was so apologetic said he'd send some bread. And then I couldn't believe it delivered a new kebab bread sauce and salad. Absolutely top service. I'm lost for words.

Decided to sit in instead of taking it back to our hotel room. We didn't know what to expect as it looks like a normal kebab shop. This was miles above regular a regular kebab shop.We ordered garlic mushrooms and halloumi for starters and it was easily some of the nicest mushrooms we've had. We was given fresh Turkish bread which went down a treat especially dipped in the mushrooms. The mains was unbelievable, big portions with every bite as nice as the one before.
