Chicken Poblanos and Burritos: very good portions and great quality; presentation is great if you eat in; the Chicken Poblanos always hits the spot and is probably their flagship menu item 👍

Plenty of seating: upstairs and downstairs; we had a window seat to watch the hustle and bustle of London Road

Customer service always on point and polite: experienced fellas who know their food; happy to recommend what’s popular; food did take a little longer than expected (25-30 mins), so they get very busy; the menus are a little worn out and good do with a refresh, especially for those ordering for the first time (first impressions count!) - the main guy has sometimes been on his ear piece taking phone orders while talking to you / let him know if you're not liking it!

Prayer facilities are available: for those inclined that way, make sure to schedule this in before / after your Amigos experience; they have a small area to do this / 4 people, sometimes can use the upstairs if not in use

An awesome little place that serves great Mexican food. Their menu is perfect and has everything you could want from a Mexican restaurant. We called a few hours before to book and since we arrived a bunch of people were turned away so I'd recommend booking ahead. Also, be aware that it's BYOB so if you wanted a margarita with your burrito you'll be disappointed. However, that's the only tiny drawback. The food came swiftly and was gorgeous - eight of us ate all different meals and we also had vegetarians and vegans in our group, and they were catered for with a few different options. The best thing though was being able to stuff ourselves full to the brim for such a reasonable price. A huge plate of nachos with chilli for £6.25 and a big old burrito and enchilada for practically the same. The staff were great too and really attentive. Would definitely recommend this place to families or groups or even just for a swift bite. Their meat is also halal, as an added bonus. Can't wait...

Went to the Ramadan Buffet, as me and my partner have been going every year for 4 years it has always been amazingly good and service has always been spot on, we have been to amigos quite a lot and they always have good service, with waiters that are very attentive and quick but I don't know what was going on this time. I booked a table for 8 30pm we were sat next to the bar and had to deal with the noise of milkshakes being blended. We were waiting 20 minutes before we ended up asking if we could order drinks, one of the waiters was taking jugs of water to empty tables yet completely ignored us. We were sat there for 30 minutes and we were never told if the buffet was open or not, we had no idea what was happening, we asked if it was open and they said it will be one minute, we actually didn't get to go up for food until 9 10 pm because the buffet wasn't ready, when it is supposed to be 8.30pm it opened.
