Decided to try here after wanting to go for ages. Yeah, it's true..... You get absolutely loads of fries but they are fries. Nothing exciting about them and, aside from the excessive salt, not much to shout about. You also get 2 proper beef burgers. No cooked in 16 seconds McDonald's rubbish in here. A choice of 15 different toppings, all included in the price, to make your burger complete. Now, maybe I chose the wrong toppings (onion, pickle, lettuce, tomato, ketchup) but I wanted to give the burger a chance to speak for itself and there's the issue. It didn't. It tasted identical to burgers I'd quickly formed myself at home out of a bit of leftover mince. So 2 small, nice, but very normal burgers and 2 regular fries which, in all fairness, would have fed a lot more than 2 people left us with hardly any change from 30 quid. It left me full and we slung loads of fries away but it also left me feeling somewhat robbed! We didn't want drinks but you were looking at about another tenner on top for 2 drinks. I'd rather have had less fries that tasted better and at a lower price. I wouldn't say I'd go again as I know plenty of bars that do better burgers at a cheaper price but on the other hand, you'd have much more chance of seeing me in here than a McDonald's. I think, even with a cost of living crisis and inflation, spending 20 quid for a simple burger (with no cheese or bacon), fries and a drink is a piss take. Do yourself a favour, go to a bar and eat inside a nicely decorated area. Failing that, even burger king is...
Read moreOrdered from justeat, spent over £60 on a meal for me and my family. After raving about it to my mother in law, she decided to go ahead, until 1 hour later we still didnt recieve our food, looked at justeat and was only given the option to ring the restaurant, so i did. After what feels like an hour on the phone to a women who sounded like she'd had enough of the conversation from the word 'hello'. I was told its not their problem, they arent dealing with it, its down to the driver, the foods still sitting in their restaurant getting cold, and i should just come down and pick it up myself. After refusing, since id paid delivery charges for this meal and no hope in getting into contact with justeat, we was told 'sorry nothing i can do unless you order from another online delivery place or go to our website' when asked if i was to go to your website would i be guarenteed a delivery i was told no. 1 hour and 30 minutes, £60+ which has been given to a company that cannot provide food (clearly) im still in a no better position.
So thank you very much for the annoying circling argument with the general manager, im now money down in my account and still starving....

We're already planning our next visit, with our sights set on the milkshakes that we've heard so much about. If they're anything like the rest of the menu, we're in for a treat. Five Guys has earned a spot on our list of favourite dining spots, blending great food with excellent service in a way that's...
