McDonald's — Restaurant in Sheffield

We ordered at the machine on the doorway. The machine still talks about taking a table number from the side of the machine but the numbers are now fixed to the tables.

Ordered 2 meals and sat to wait. It wasn't very busy, but no one was sorting out the dirty tables. The burgers didn't seem super fresh, and we're so covered in sauce that it made them difficult and messy to handle. I didn't taste much because all I could think about was the greasy mayonnaise it was smothered in, and my fingers too.

Another family had a little girl who vomited after a fall, and the family used napkins to clear it up and told staff, but no one came to disinfect the table even after they had gone. If I had been the manager, I would have wanted to come over to the table and make sure the little girl was okay too.

I'm never sure about how to use the recycling station...how much food/drink left on the cardboard is acceptable etc. it's no wonder many people just throw the whole lot in the bin. I hate the bins flaps too... They're often very dirty and I really don't want to touch them. I waited to use the toilet at home... I didn't even go to look if...

Absolutely useless, called on a Sunday morning at 10:40 Am, hoping to get a breakfast after dropping wife off at work on the retail park, only to be told that they stopped selling breakfast ten minutes before. I appreciate that there must be a cut off time for such breakfast products but the meaning of the word is to break one's fast ie the first meal of the day, and I feel that your policy on this means that you are closing this service too early especially given that Sunday is a more relaxed non working day for many of us and people tend to rise later than on a working day during the week.

I left feeling hungry and took my business elsewhere as I did not wish to eat burgers and fries at that time of day. Buck your ideas up McDonald's, I for one will not be using any of your restaurants again until you do. Pathetic customer service and an attitude of you eat what we serve, when we decide to serve it is not the way to win friends and influence your customers, disgusted and disappointed, a now...

Don't know what's happened to this place over the past couple of months but the quality of service has dropped markedly. For starters they now just chuck the fries in the bag either upside down or on their side so by the time you're home from the drive thru all your fries are all over the bag. Not to mention they're always stale tasting as well.

The burgers are either sopping wet with grease or dry as a bone. And they never have their food ready even though you queued up for ten minutes and you have to pull into the marked parking bays only for a staff member to arrive 20 seconds later to give you your food. Why not just give it you at the window?

Never see the same staff member either so turnover will be high, I'm guessing management don't know their arse...
