If you ever had an issue with nandoes and a manager has offerd to compensate then I urge you to record the conversation or document it somehow .... after going to nandos under the strict CoVid rules I made my order only to be told that half of the stuff I ordered wasnt available and this was After I've already paid!! A manager offers to put my name down in the book and offerd me a free meal for me and my kids so was happy that the situation came to some sort of agreement as they claimed they couldn't give me my money back. As far as I was aware I was in the books to claim back my free meals.... I went 2 weeks after as the manager explained that that's when the kids meals were going to be available so decided to go then. Only to be embarrassed by another manager infront of the public and staff , saying they have no clue what I'm talking about and that my name wasnt in any book and that I would have to pay for the meal I was told would be free. Furious as I was made out to be a liar! I was then asked to pick what I wanted from the menu and they told me what I could and couldn't have... and stated they wouldn't feed me and my kids with out me paying first ... then a minute after the food came out which was abit suspect after being told I wasnt getting any until I payed. Feeling embarrassed and angry i left. Never going...

Nando’s is usually a safe bet as you know what you’re getting. Not the case this time…

We ordered 3 meals. 2 fully loaded wraps with the absconds removed and a kids chicken breast and chips with an ice cream

The first piece was that they aren’t offering bottomless drinks as they have no gas, so everyone has to order an expensive alternative or get a small glass for tap water. Sadly this wasn’t stated when being seated or even a sign or similar

The two wrap meals came, there was no avocado which is good, but for some reason the took everything else out so it was just dry stodgy shredded chicken and some lettuce. They also didn’t put the cheese in one of them even though it was paid for

The kids meal, the chicken was very very dry like it had sat under a hot plate for a long time too

The chips on two of the meals were really dry and hallow of any potato filling and a weird after taste

The the ice cream, someone had put the machine together incorrectly resulting in someone having to come and fix the machine before anyone could use it

None of this is the staffs fault and they were perfectly pleasant. Just a lot to go wrong in an ordinarily safe...

Obey snapback, check. Fresh cuts, check. Nike air max, check. No socks but slightly rolled up skinny jeans, check.

So we're just chilling on peace gardens, all hungry when my boi jack suggests a cheeky spoons curry club because we're all starving like mate. But then Tommy pipes up that he's still got some money on his nandos gift card and half a chicken on points card because he's and absolute ledge and a top lad like that. I was like mate, top lad let's smash nandos!

The squad rolled in ready to beast a nandos and we get shown to a quality booth ready for some top class cuisine with the lads 👌. Top class nandos tier bants was shared. There was some quality totty there that so wanted us because we all looked so phresh in our snapbacks. Mate, nosh were so peng we all shared instagram photos before tucking in to this fine dining.👌👌👌👌 The squad proceeded to head to Foot Asylum after to pick out some fresh crepes.
