I came here for dinner, and ordered paniyaram, mysore masala dona and biryani. Both paniyaram and dosa were served with dal tadka instead of sambhar. Paniyaram had an aluminum foil in it. Mysore masala was somehow green in color. The biriyani taste was fine if you okay to have fried rice and also curd was served with biriyani that too spoiled. We asked them to bring some more chutney which took ages to be served. The only thing that was fine there was tap water. And let's not talk about the serving time, it easily takes them an hour just to make dosa. I am attaching the dinner bill so that this review cannot be invalidated. You can make all the excuses you want, but the bottom line is that sooner or later you are gonna lose all the customers if you don't address these concerns and just keep replying back rudely... Even the customers who like the place today will soon find out the poor service. Anyways it's not my headache, was just a bad choice on my choice to go there. We have proper authentic indian food places in London, yours is definitely not even miles closer in taste

We visited for dinner on a Thursday evening and to my surprise were the only guests in the entire restaurant at 7pm. They have space for a couple of cars in their driveway but there is (paid) on-street parking opposite the restaurant. The restaurant is decorated quite nicely (see pictures) and the bar is right opposite the entrance and tables on both sides of the bar. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and we appreciated that they got the kids non-spicy food as requested. We had samosas, onion bhajis and popaddums for starters. Main course was dosas (spicy pancakes) for the rest of our group while I chose paneer butter masala (cottage cheese in tangy gravy) and dal makhani (creamy lentils). These were downed with a roti and butter naan. My wife enjoyed a traditional filter coffee which was suitably strong. We had a great time and I would recommend this place for a lovely Indian meal

We recently visited the restaurant. It’s a beautiful and clean restaurant. We ordered a lot of things : Paneer tikka: this wasn’t very good as per our taste. Also just had three pieces in it. Aalu chaat : this was amazing, the tanginess and chat flavours were truly right. Masala chai was really good. The chai lovers Should definitely try this here. Dal makhni and spinach dal fry were really good, we feel that if a restaurant can do a good dal they really know their food. And this place does! Chicken Chintamani was amazing as well. Mind the spice on this dish if you can’t take the heat level. We loved the spice. Tandoori rotis and chapatis were good too. Also the kheer and gajar ka halwa was good! Overall a great great place for having Indian food! Highly recommend in slough.

I visited there today after reading the 4.5star reviews as we belong to india obviously we love to eat india food. We order one kadai paneer one bombay alo one egg fried rice 4butter nans and one papadum. For this 4-5items with very less quantity we had to pay40£. Common man i was so shocked with the bill.i always go sarvana bhawan southall to have dinner or lunch we order there like7-8-9 items even than we pay 30-35maximum still food left to bring home. Common this is no 4-5star hotel tht sp expensive food. Nobody in slough ever charged me service tax3£ extra. And egg fried rice was so worse there was no flavour in it only lil salt nd it was so smelly of eggs we couldn’t eat it. If this happen in other reastaurant they never charge coz they know customer first so chef gave me other biryani with only yellow orange colour on it no flavour again no vegetables in. I dnt know how they even call it biryani or fried rice if u dnt know da taste. 4£ for one butter nan wat kind of hospitality u r giving us. Place was all empty!!plates were dirty placed on table smbody hair was in plate u can see corners of plates very dirty nd seemed unwashed. It have no atmosphere of reastaurant it seems like they renovated it house into reastaurant. Sorry to write so long but i was so disappointed with all this first whn i sit i saw dirty plates i just ignored it but whn i see bill with so bad hospitality i couldn’t ignore it. Staff have no uniform they r very casual like at home. If u want to put so high price give customer tht kind of ambience too never going there back i made mistake went there instead of other gud places in slough. Thts very funny if u post truth on review than they call it fake lol. Check on sunday afternoon boss u ll see 13:30-14:00 we were the only client in ur place. It is every customer right to write a review about place u visited whether u like it or not. My only mistake I didn’t clicked any picture there else i could hv updated it already abyways i m nt only one who is upset with high price nd bad quality thanks. To bring bussiness up nd down its in hands on management not in reviews. If u had replied me with apologye i could hv liked it u r...

Went from bad to worse! We specifically requested meals to be made mild but when they arrived they were so hot that even the spicy food lovers in the group couldn't eat them! When we returned the dishes, the poor waitress was made to bring them back to us saying they were made again but again they were far too hot. The nan was so hard it must have been made days earlier. We ordered a mango lassi which was awful and tasted like the ingredients were off so we returned it, guess what, back it came and tasted the same. Finally we asked for the bill and it was all charged at full prices, even the dishes we returned! UPDATE: just read the other reviews, any bad feedback and the owner comes back and says it's a fake review LOL. Incase he does this to mine, my review is NOT FAKE. I have photographic proof that I ate there and can also show you my bank statement. Dear Mr owner, if you can't take criticism, you should not be in the hospitality business. UPDATE- exactly as I expected. Totally living in his own little world and ignoring his customers view. Every bad review is apparently a fake review. I actually believe the opposite, I think all the good reviews are fake, made up by his friends and family. You sir need to learn some humility. I hope your business fails and you close down, then maybe someone who understands the restaurant business can open a decent place! You give Indian restaurants a bad name. Shame on you! By the way, ignoring fake (bad) reviews is exactly why you have...

Went in based on other people's Google reviews, and they appeared to have a good South Indian menu.

Given a table for one, far end (from door) next to the bar/ till.

Food: well prepared, tasted excellent. But, only 4 pieces of chicken in the Kerala Chicken Curry. Asked for water 3x, finally got 1 glass.

One of the staff needed an extra chair for another group.

With permission, my jacket was placed on the chair by a large empty table. Confused as to why he could just not have picked up that chair, which was exactly the same distance from him as the one with my jacket 🤔.

Went to the washroom while waiting for my meal order to arrive. My drink, cutlery, and empty plate were still in place.

Returned a few seconds later, my chair was given to another customer.

However, if it was taken, I feel it shows the character and personality of the customer base (and the staff) of this restaurant.

There was another empty chair closer to this new customer.

Therefore, my suspicion is that this is a family, relatives, and friends (of the staff and owners) only restaurant.

Atmosphere: it's only for family, extended relatives, and friends of the owners/ staff.

So, yes, anyone else who feels or felt that they weren't welcome, I would say they were/ are correct, and most likely you were/ are not on the friends list with this group.

Would not recommend it to anyone else at any time.

There are plenty of other restaurants from the Indian subcontinent serving South...
