Absolutely awful!

First complaint, our order took 2 HOURS to arrive on a WEDNESDAY evening. No excuses.

Secondly, we ordered the farrero rocher waffle. When this arrive IT IS NOT A WAFFLE, it is a waffer/biscuit! We ordered the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and got no ice cream. we ordered a palette of strawberries dipped in belgian chocolate. To call it a palette is unbelievably generous and the strawberries were rotten.

Thirdly, they are ridiculously overpriced. They charge you a small fortune for a tiny and poorly put together portion.

When we contacted the business to complaint and request a refund as the food AND service had been appalling we were told they will not refund and their resolution was to send it with our next order, 1. We wanted it with this order, hence why we ordered it and 2. AS IF WE WILL BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I asked to speak to a manager and was told I cannot. Was then told I have to go through Hungry House for a refund because apparently they do not have my funds.

Not only were they 2 hours late, not only do they not send your entire order, not only are their products not what it says on the menu, not only are their portions tiny and an absolute rip off but their food is also rotten. I do not mean they taste rotten I mean the strawberries are actually rotten.

AVOID...

I went there to get waffles at around 9-10 ish They said that they only sell ice creams at that time and I should’ve came earlier if I wanted something else and that they close at 11, but the website says 12am then I looked over to the Oreo ice cream and I saw it had a hair in it! I told the guy working there and he just took the hair out with a spoon and act like it was normal.Also, the ice cream's we’re in the wrong place with the wrong names under them, which was confusing

So Overall, the experience was confusing...

I recently had a terrible experience at this place. The staff was incredibly rude and upset when I used the bathroom, which is absurd for an establishment serving food and drinks.I left a cup of coffee and when asked he said he threw it. When I politely asked again, they started arguing with me, making the situation even worse. The unprofessional behavior and lack of basic amenities made the visit very unpleasant.
