The Copper Room — Restaurant in South Kesteven

The Copper Room is a bar, not restaurant so grading the food on google makes no sense - but i will grade the cocktails! I've been here 8-10 times and it's a nice, lively, bar. good drinks and nice staff. My biggest gripe is 1. they premix too many cocktails, which saves them time and more experienced staff - but you can't choose your own brand of alcohol; 2. their brands of bourbon are poor. Maybe there's no desire, but i would rather drink more premium brands when i spend £10-15...

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and a great selection of drinks. The only downside is the unnecessary and excessive use of plastic straws. 2 plastic straws in each cocktail as standard. Aside from lovely staff and very cool interior (including an old school gaming machine) also great delivery. Today must have been at least the third, but definitely not the last time, I've ordered cocktails which were delivered within an hour with all the details including garnish, ice cubes, little umbrellas etc. Definitely...
