Retro Burger — Restaurant in Southampton

Really disappointed 😔 Wanted to try somewhere new but I think we will stick to what we know. Our order turned up on time but a burger was missing. We phone and they implied we were lying! Told us the order was check before it left!! So rude no customer at all then she hung up. The price of the food is ridiculous £8.50 for a gourmet burger we thought we were in for a right treat but no the one we got arrived soggy!! Still haven't received the burger or a refund!! The wrap was made out of frozen chicken and the hash browns were the frozen ones. 4 Chicken wings for 6.99 what a joke!! Never will we return and we will make sure our friends and family know too!! I ordered from Just eat a vegan burger meal. The meal arrived on time in theory, but by the time it got to me everything was cold. The portions of chips are large, which is why I gave one of the two stars I gave it, the second star is for having vegan options at all. However, it's 2020 there are a lot of exciting things happening with vegan burgers and none of them are reflected in the vegan burger I ate.

As A person that orders Takeaway on regular basis I was totally BLOWN away by quality of the meal. Chips are made out of freshly cut potatoes(thick cut) and portion is more than enough for one person. Burger it self is presented really well , quality of meat is top notch. Taste wise is definitely 10/10 will ORDER AGAIN!!! If you are in the market for Takeaway burger this is your PLACE. You will NOT be disappointed Restaurant Quality as...
