Betsy's Burgers Stoke — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Had burgers here twice, both were pretty good. We had delivery so haven't had a chance to eat in yet. The burgers were good both times, the second time however some of the order was incorrect. And we had two sauces which looked exactly the same so would be nice if they were labeled as we couldn't tell what was what (had a hannibal sauce and yopie sauce). Will eat here again and it's priced pretty well and the food is good.

Edit: the last 3-4 times we've ordered burgers they have been somewhere between cool-room temp, and the price has gone up substantially from what it was

Final edit: decided to try to order from here again. We never order food late but decided to. The food arrived THREE HOURS LATE. In 3 hours I could have went to the store, bought food, stopped for a coffee on the way home, taken my dogs for a walk, then cooked a 3 course meal instead of waiting for food we didn't think would turn up. At about 3 am we decided to go to bed as the food just wasn't coming. There had been 0 updates (we requested updates twice with NOTHING and you can't track as "delivery is managed by the restaurant". And they sure don't answer any phones) and it had been so long at this point Just Eat assumed we had gotten our food and just said "enjoy your food". We'll, 5 AM rolls around and there's a man banging on our door with food. At 5 am. Absolute joke. There are way too many other restaurants with better food, WAY better service, and better price. Save yourself a headache and get...

First time we ordered it was okay; a little pricey but the food is generally very tasty. I then made an online order that was simply ignored, nobody got in touch to say they weren't making / delivering it and ended up chasing a refund for the best part of a week (a few unsuccesful calls and several emails later I was able to get my money back).

After receiving the refund thought we'd give the place another chance, but with this order we received the wrong drink, was sent a smaller meal instead of a large, we were missing the dessert and straws for the drinks, the vegan burger was badly burnt and close to inedible, and strangely the beans tasted like they'd been doused in vinegar / gone off or something and were genuinely inedible.

Continued the email thread that was opened when chasing up the refund to express my disappointment and to give them an opportunity to rectify - apparantly the Manager was on holiday which is why we received such shoddy service?; asked if I should expect them to get in touch about it but it's been radio silence ever since.

Altough the timing of events was suspect, the person replying to the email insisted that the bad food and service had nothing to do with making a previous...

After hearing from my partners brother about how great this place was, we never got to share that same experience. We ordered two classic Betsy maxi meals and one what the cluck maxi meal. Once they arrived, the sides were laughable, the garlic bread is literally the bottom of a burger bun with a sprinkle of garlic. The Mac n cheese bites were 100% frozen, the chicken strips were just about edible and all of the meals were stone cold even though the actual delivery was a short journey. My partner was having to pull apart his what the cluck burger (chicken strip with a single slice of lettuce and mayo) with his hands as it was incrediblly overcooked and chewy. None of the drinks that we ordered were delivered, we just got three random drinks from the menu. The brownies were missing from all three meals and as for the classic beef burgers, they were absolutely disgusting. The meat looked grey and almost off, we both took one bite of our burgers and then threw them into the bin. Very disappointed after seeing all the "social media hype." I would not recommend. We wanted to like it but we didn't get the correct meal and most of it ended up going into the bin and they didn't get 50% of our order correct....
