I’m literally stood on the platform outside the coffee shop whilst I write this. I’ve just been in to buy a coffee and I can say the man who served me is one of the rudest baristas I’ve ever come across. He was dismissive, and came unapproachable, and aggressive. I double checked if he had put almond in my coffee and I was met with a snarl. He simply put the mocha on the counter in such a dismissive manner. He put down a piping hot coffee with no cover sleeve at all. I went back and had to find one on the counter as I did not want to interact with him again. Thoroughly unpleasant man, an embarrassment to the shop, and clearly he should not be working in the service industry. I’ve gone to this coffee shop many times previously, all other staff members have been lovely, polite and the total opposite of this awful man that was working today. I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying coffee from gloria for a while now, and I can confidently say they are one of the best baristas I've ever met. Subject: Disgusting Food

Message: I wish to seriously complain about the price and quality of your food, I am appalled with the quality, well no quality of the sandwiches served within your establishment.. Although we had signed up for the advantages of the APP 'To Good To Go' I was still shocked to see how poor the sandwiches were. No filling per say, a small peice of processed cheese, there was no actual tomato but an paste, the total filling for both sandwiches would not have covered one peice of bread let alone four. I am even now whilst writing this, in shock of how bad, discusting this is. The staff weren't really happy to be there, they had no bags to put the items in.. I collected the items from the Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station at approximately 6.15pm....
