One day I went to one of the 2 drive thru speakers and waited and they started speaking to the other speaker to 3 other people before me (I had already placed my order on the app) so I drove to the window and told them and the guy was absolutely clueless and come out with some exc so I thought I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, a week or so later next time I went the same thing happened again at least 3 other cars behind me got served before me again I was really angry and went to the window again telling them and again they were useless and I had to wait even longer. After this I started going to different McDonald's which were further away even though I worked 2 minutes around the corner but after not being for a while last night finished work at 8.20 was tired thought I will go to the one around the corner and this time got to the drive thru there's a car at the right speaker and someone cleaning the floor near the left speaker with a jet wash so I go to the right one once he's drove off then another car comes behind me all the while I'm still waiting to speak to someone absolutely nothing then all of a sudden the cleaning man calls the next car through to the left speaker and would you believe it they started speaking to them straight away I was fuming. So drove around the corner and surprise surprise there's a que which didn't move for at least 5 minutes when I finally got to the window I told her and again they were oblivious and she just said I've put your order through so another 5 minutes past I am waiting at the final window and she starts to give me the wrong stuff so I told her what my order was and she gave me my drinks and mcflurry's then leaves me waiting for another 5 minutes then comes back asking if I can wait in the bay I said my ice cream will be melted by the time I get my food but I went and waited and waited and waited whilst car after car gets their order after 15 mins I'd had enough and walked inside and got my order no apologies or anything from them. I have never known a fast food restaurant with such bad service and there are many others but this one is by far the worst so I would recommend you drive to a McDonald's a little further away and you'll still get your order quicker than this one...
Read moreThe app stopped taking orders so tried to call 7 times to make sure they were open to get no answer over 20 mins so checked google times and stated 24 hrs and open,As we had a large order we called a taxi for the drive through service upon arrival were told they wernt taking order as they were updating the till and had a fault and were waiting for i.t to sort the problem, so wasted ten pounds in a taxi there and back, after continuing to call for another 20 mins finally got through and explained we wasn't happy due to no info on the website and nobody answering the call, the manager explained they had a problem updating the tills so I accepted this and asked if we called another taxi when the problem was fixed could we get ten pounds of our order to rectify the problem but was point blank refused, it wasn't a small order we wanting as 4 of us were wanting large meals and extra burgers and sides, and I feel ten pounds off our order I would be willing to call another taxi to remake our order once they had fixed what was clearly there problem but again refused, no given the fact that our last 3 Online orders have had food missing and medium instead of large drinks and fries I stated I will be making a complaint and a review as it shouldn't be this hard to collect food or get an order right, the manager seemed happy for me to do so even after trying to work with him and resolve the situation, we were a regular customer of mcdonalds spending at least between 35 to 60 pounds per week through there app uber and collection but I will definitely not be returning to any mcdonalds stores in the future and trying bk or local burger take aways as it's my experience on the last 3 occasions have all been a joke then tonight actually costing me money without getting any food, poor customer service clearly and gives off the attitude I was just trying to get some free food when I stated I would be willing to let the problem go and reorder if they knocked ten pounds off our order witch only cost us due to lack of updates on site and nobody answering the phones and them admitting they had a fault there end updating till, making a formal complaint tomorrow also, poor service poor management skills and poor customer relations left me...

I ordered 5 mcflurrys and I waited 40 mins along with approx 6 other cars. I then went inside and the staff said they are doing it as we speak and they will bring it out to me. At this point there were managers stood in front of customers not helping ( I got told they are not on shift but then they should not be stood at the front like that then) They then bought it out to me and they said I wrote the number plate wrong? Like I ordered on the app and went through drive thru? This is the fault of the staff not me! And then the member of staff brings out the mcflurrys and tells me that there's no Raspberry for the Raspberry flake mcflurry so it's just chocolate pieces! Why was this not told me before! So essentially I waited 40 mins for no valid reason. I went back in with the lady to get a refund. And when walking in another worker said what's happened with the mcflurry and the lady I went in with responded 'refund' the other worker then said "great" in a sarcastic way. And when I bought this up to the lady I went in with she said its because he's in a vile mood. I'll have you know I am now in even more of a vile mood then he is now! I have never waited so long and never walked away from a restaurant with no food. The high end restaurants don't even take this long to make food and they make every single thing themselves. Mcdonalds is just frying/grilling/pulling mcflurrys and it took more than 40 mins. Terrible service, terrible attitude from staff including managers....
