Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

My experience at Starbucks Festival Park Stoke On Trent. 1st being greeted by alright mate how u doin. 2nd Server said give me your name and we,ll call it out when your coffee is ready.(There were 4 other people in the store) why they are unable to remember a customer is really poor customer service. Floor had not been swept for some time. Some seats had crumbs on them. I noticed two tables that had not been cleared. Coffee is extremely over priced and the quality/taste is only slightly better than Mc Donalds but almost three times the price but really lacked any flavour. Staff seem more concerned with things behind the counter rather than the shop itself. As far as customer service at this branch is concerned they need star buck themselves up to a much higher level of customer awareness and clean the place up frequently. Visited your store last night and enjoyed our usual Starbucks fix. Everyone seemed friendly enough. Now we usually like to take our furry friend with us when we go through the drive thru and on this occasion we just did that, he really looks forward to it. When we got to the window we asked for a puppachino as its one of his favourite treats but on this occasion the lady said no problem and then said to my wife you know its just cream in a cup, on hearing this my dogs face dropped, now I know what it is but titch felt his whole world just deflate in those few seconds, we had to try to lift his spirits all the way home and even at home after he had over heard what has been said. Had trouble with entrance door. It stated that it was automatic, it wasn't had to struggle to open the thing. No staff wanted to advise as I didn't want to break the door. Wasn't welcomed for service. So ordered from a rude young man with a bull ring in his nose, corrected me as I asked for a medium coffee (he frowned and asked me I meant an americano) not that I visit Starbucks much at all, I won't be visiting again. Awful staff. Felt like I was confronted by a bunch of children with attitude problems. Also asked for take out and got my coffee in a mug, which got poured in to a paper cup....
