Enoteca — Restaurant in Thanet

Ordered 3 Caramel Lattes and a milkshake, 5mins later they came back to say they didn't have enough caramel left for 3 coffees. Why did that take so long to find out and how does a cafe run out of such common supplies? We changed to 1 caramel latte, 1 hazelnut and a mocha.

When they arrived the milkshake was very watery flavoured milk, something like you get from Nesquik Powder. Very underwhelming and wouldn't have purchased had I known this would be the case.

The mocha tasted like a strong hot chocolate with a hint of coffee and the other two flavoured lattes had at least 1/3 of the glass filled with syrup. I requested one was changed to a regular latte as it was undrinkable, it was so sickly sweet. On the bright side the staff member replaced it without hesitation so thank you for that.

To the owners / staff: Perhaps a refresher course on making flavoured coffees / mochas would be a good idea as the ratios were way off which made the whole experience...

Fabulous. We took my sister and husband for the bottomless brunch yesterday...train strikes and delayed buses later, Tom and his team were so accommodating with moving our reservation. Finally got there and although I have seen rave reviews about the bottomless, I was a bit dubious that it was a sharing platter, not meal for 4. However, we needed two tables when the food came out....food was fantastic and there was so much of it. Both Tom and his staff member (didn't catch his name sadly) were so attentive throughout the entire time. So well looked after. Can't rate Enotica enough as a venue, but Tom and his team just topped it. After a hellish day, this was just the tonic and having been to many bottomless brunches in our lifetime ;-) my sister and I rate this as one of the best. Cheers guys....will be...

3* at a push, positives are that its close to local hotels and situated opposite the harbour. Decorated to an ok standard. Bar staff seem nice enough. Music good also with live band. Smoking area out front quite lare compared to some places.

Nagitives are... This place is way way to small? Any more than 30 people it becomes an issue with movement inside. There are steal beams all inside running from ceiling to floor getting in the way! Seats are not the greatest neither is the height of parts of the ceiling. Drinks are way to expensive!!! And the bar looks home made by a DIY Dad, you know the kind of thing he would make in the garage in his spare time for him and the boys. Security do there job, but very selective who passes.

Over all not the worst place to go but not by far the greatest...
