Harbour Bakery — Restaurant in Thanet

Unfortunately, had an awful first experience at this bakery. No fault to the food but the owner is so rude and arrogant it’s unreal.

He accused my colleague of stealing food even though he had paid and politely proved it by showing payment on his phone.

He is now trying to claim that he still hasn’t paid and is shaming him on Google for supposedly “conning” one of the staff members that works there.

He’s deleting honest reviews that he doesn’t like and is clearly trying to cause an issue when there isn’t one.

We will not be returning and giving this man any...

Went in two rolls two sausage rolls and a can over a tenner, so just a tad expensive. Especially when you ask for a tuna salad roll to be made, to be told we have pre made ones, pick one. They say it’s tuna salad, the pack says tuna salad, including lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion. What did I get a single piece of cucumber. On the hardest roll that ever existed. If I chose to keep eating it I’m sure my jaw...

Beautiful place, with a wide selection to pick from. The staff in general are lovely and helpful. However, when I was waiting in the line the owner accused this poor lad of theft, then to make matters worse he offered no apology once he saw the transaction confirmation both at his own till and also on the lads payment history...
